Federal Limousine Ottawa & Party bus

WORST COMPANY IN THE BUSINESS!One month before my event, I booked a party bus to drive 14 members of my family to a wedding 45 minutes away from Ottawa, on September 10, 2022. The day before the event, I talked to Vlav to make sure he had all the information and that he was still able to pick us up at 2:30pm. He assured me he would be there.At 2:45pm, on the day of the event, the party bus had not arrived and no one had called so, I called Vlav who tells me that the party bus had a mechanical failure but, 2 vehicles are on their way to my place.At 3:00pm, no vehicles and no phone call. I call Vlav who tells me that the vehicles should be there shortly. He will call the drivers and call me back with their location.At 3:10pm, no vehicles and no phone call. I call back and Vlav informs me that they should be there in the next 15 minutes. The wedding is at 4:00pm and is 45 minutes away. I tell Vlav that this is unacceptable and that if the vehicles are not here in 10 minutes at the latest, we will miss the wedding. He gives me more excuses and apologies and tells me that he will see what he can do and call me back.At 3:15, he calls me back to tell me that the 2 vehicles can't make it to my place in 10 minutes, they can be there in 30 minutes at the earliest!We ended up driving ourselves to the wedding because we would have missed it otherwise if we would have waited for the UNRELIABLE and UNPROFFESIONNAL service of Federal Limousine.Save yourself a lot of stress and grief and DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!

I have to agree with all the other bad reviews on here. the communication is terrible with this company. I was organizing a trip for 13 guys to Montreal to see the formula one Grand Prix, for a bachelor party (I was the best man). I had called several times weeks before to insure that they would show up on time.on the day of they showed up 1 hour and 20 minutes late, which made us very late to the race. we couldn’t get any tickets and it ended up ruining the entire trip.At 1030 pm we called them and asked if they can pick us up and he informed me that unfortunately they couldn’t pick us up until 12:30am, although we were disappointed once again we managed to keep ourselves busy until then. After calling them multiple times with no luck they finally showed up at 1:45am and drove us back.PLEASE if your looking to book an IMPORTANT even DO NOT call this company and give them your money. instead spend a couple extra bucks and go with a company that is more competent.EXtremly disappointed. never again.

I booked last minute for my daughter grade 8 grad, they were able to accommodate. Showed up 25 mins late, sent a quote late didn’t see notice that it didn’t have a too included. Kids went on their way, later I reviewed and msg the driver asking if I e-transfer a tip, he agreed. I got called into work forgot , while at work received 5 missed calls back to back requesting a tip. I explained I was at work and would when I was home. Driver was rude. I msg’d the main contact and never got a reply back afterwards. Never again will I use this company. Such a shame and bad way for business.ADDED for reply: obviously you didn’t read any my previous messages. When you work overnights and 12 hour shifts at a homeless shelter, I cannot be on my phone. Lastly no one in good business measures calls a client 6 times in a row, demanding a tip. I had told your driver that I would send it once I was done work and no that wasn’t good enough. The limo was dirty , driver arrived late, and your company didn’t even had the courtesy to call me back after my situation with your driver. Not good customer service or business practices. I have pictures of the dirty limo, inside and out. Either way that is the way you do business as per the other reviews.Beware when hiring this company!

I would not recommend this limo company. We pre-booked and paid in full in April for transportation for our wedding party at our wedding in October. They did not show up on time to pick up the bride and her bridesmaids. When they reached out to the company they said they were almost there. They were all outside waiting because they were now late for the wedding!!! After waiting for 20 more minutes a bridesmaid called again and they proceeded to say 30 more minutes..... We had guests waiting for our wedding to start....the bride was late for her own wedding and had to find her own last minute transportation...talk about stressed. It turns out the highway was closed that day. It would have been fine if this company would have called and communicated before hand that they were going to be that late so we could have arranged a different ride but they didn't, then proceeded to tell us they were almost there when they weren't, which made them more late. They did eventually make it to the ceremony to transport the wedding party to the reception. I contacted the company following our wedding to ask for half of our money back as they only did half the driving and they made THE BRIDE late for her wedding!! They told me the manager would return my call, I called numerous time with the same response every time. I finally got a call back and they offered a 1 hour ride but would not return our money. That is not okay.

DO NOT HIRE THESE CLOWNS. Our limo to a concert for 8 of us showed up with the mess you see in the pic, other peoples' empty bottles and cans, open food, jackets left on the seats & garbage bags on the floor. We were dropped off (across the street from the arena at a gas station I might add; real classy), and after the show I had to continuously call to see where our car was. For 45 minutes was told it was on the way

Horrible service. I warn you, do not go with this company. Poor communication, poor services, arrived on time with a party bus but it was incredibly humid with no working air conditioning on a very hot day. This company did not show up to pick up the bride and groom at the end of the night, ruined the exit and ended the night on a very bad tone due to this company. Horrible experience for the bridal party and most of all for the bride and groom on there special day. Very disappointed.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They need to do better.We rented a party bus for a wedding this past weekend on Sept.10th -- the bus arrived, NO working AC on the bus in 30 + degree weather. No warnings prior to the bus arriving. Windows did not open! the driver was drenched in sweat from the heat, and we were expected to get on the bus with approx. 15 people. Unacceptable service. No accomodations were given, we gave several suggestions such as splitting up the bridal/groom party into two seperate limos if available. They stated no" and told us we had to accept it.Music on the bus kept cutting out

We’ve had absolutely horrendous services from this company this past weekend. No working AC and no warning to prepare portable fans or make any adjustments.Bridal party was wearing light colours which got dirty because the bus was filthy. Car service at the end of the night for the bride and groom never showed up. Guests left before the bride and groom who waited around an extra 40 minutes before leaving.Driver seemed apologetic but company did not.
