The girl named Prabhjot at 1-16 item till was so rude. Wasn’t ready to help. There was lineup at other tills and no one was in 1-16 items counter line and she didn’t initiate to help anybody and if someone had items little over the number mentioned, she refused to cash out. Not just that, Pranhjot along with other girls was making fun of people who were coming to her. Really need to know what customer service is and what they are getting paid. Because of the customers she has the job and she doesn’t respect the customers. Really disappointing experience.

The store is very neat and clean. It’s a big store with lot of varieties of items.Couple of downside I noticed was lack of shopping cart inside the store. There was not even a single cart available inside on Sunday afternoon. All of them were in parking lot.Secondly the pricing should be better since they are big store chain. They should be in a position to procure items at lower price and pass some discount to customer. For example the price of atta and ghee is expensive here when compared to a small Indian grocery store.

This location is better at having an adequate amount of the sale items available (compared to some competitors) . . .IMPORTANT NOTICE TO Management: IF you want to limit the number of sale items for one purchase, PUT A SIGN UP saying that ! I carried 3 units to checkout, and the cashier said it has a limit of 2 . . . THE SALE PRICE SIGN DID NOT SAY THAT !

Great store , however expect long line upside during the weekend rush. For some reason they only utilize 3 cash tills out of 8. Probably be in their best interest to train other staff to run tills , rather then just stock shelves.

Rude staff, not a pleasant experience. Not a very clean location either. There is one public washroom which is definitely not clean, would not suggest using that one.

Wrong product put on wrong self with price tags all over up and down and when scan price is almost 75%more than on display and Manager Harry refuse to apologize and informed its their store policy as if product over stock they can put on any other self. Very much unprofessional service and never go back to this store. Green mango juice. Pls check receipts of price before leave counters.

This location is horrible. Customer service is so bad. Cashiers look so sad and mad. They don’t greet you at all. Floors were full of stuff, no way you can get your cart through to the other side of the aisle. Boxes were on the ground. It’s just so messy. Green pepper and turnips looked so old. Cauliflower was good.

Though everything is good and fine, the nice feel of shopping turns upside down when u reach the cashier. Their behaviour is like we are stealing from them or they are giving them for free.
