Biggest scam going.......whatever you do don't get frustrated on the phone, even though they will push you to that point. They deem that a threat and hang up......filed stop payment request six months ago as my child is working, living in BC common law with GF, member of armed forces reserves....FRO still garnishing my wages and refuse to comment on or acknowledge my request........Guess DF and his cronies aren't concerned as this won't fund his next stag and doe.

I haven't received a payment from my ex in 2 years my kid is almost 16 is supposed to get $170 a month witch is peanuts and they don't anything.Except take away his driver's license and passport I tell them every time and how is it not on the file my ex is legally not able to drive or leave the country therefore they just say is to call back at the end of the month to see if there isn't any change. Tells me they haven't done their job in two years or more. I wish there is some way I can sue them for NegligenceTherefore they should do their job

They're happy to call and make threats to take your licence and passport, but they apparently can't be bothered to answer their phone line for 30+ minutes over a 250$ outstanding balance with tens of thousands already paid to date. These people are soul less creatures who survive on grift and extortion. Thank God for single fathers or these people would have to be doing real work.

This is the most unprofessional administration I never seen in my life. My court order has been done since March 2022, which means it’s been 11 month I haven’t heard even once from you. No case number, no package!!!! The funny thing you have a telephonic system asking for case number and if you don’t have it, you’ll never get a hold of someone because it will say « we are experiencing technical difficulties »I’m a bilingual customer service and what I see here is not an administration but just some people pretending to work.How a family case can be on standby for almost a year and without any case number.You should have 2 lines with/without case number and hire more agents for at least get on the line and send the package.

Not to minimize the negative experiences of others' reviews but my overall experience with FRO has been nothing but positive for the past 5 years I've had them involved. Each of the workers I interacted with (including a supervisor) treated me with respect and patiently answered all of my questions. I would imagine they are swamped and many times do not have enough staff to deal with their volume of work, particularly when our governments are cutting budgets. They have been most helpful in my case and the only route to hold my son's father accountable.

Absolutely disgusting! I've now tried and tried doing every thing they asked of me. 18 YEARS!!! I'm owed like 175000 dollars. If you owe the government 15 dollars, the CRA talks with the other departments EASY. but for my daughter.. sorry, we can't a dress that info.

Awful!! 20 plus years later and they are just now suspending drivers licence. My kids are grown and gone and I am still trying to get my money. As long as he is self employed and hides all assets under his wife's name they can't touch him. These agents do absolutely nothing to find these deadbeats. The one star is for finally suspending his drivers licence and even for that after 20 years I wish I could give them 0.

Would give them negative stars if it was an option. I am a payee meaning I receive money. They have had my direct deposit information for seven months. I have received intermittent payments or sometimes none at all. My ex spouse says they take money from him like clockwork on the 20th or each month. Why can’t they pay me with regularity? Child support means rent payments and groceries for some payees. We need to be treated with dignity and respect. These are court ordered payments!

I have never seen such a stupid place!.. I am payer balans 0! and they seized my documents!... how can i pay child support if i don't have licence? I called them waited an hour over the phone....all they say is talk to your case worker!!!!!!!!!!!...... whot if he died??? i will wait for him forever??
