KMI X-Ray and Ultrasound

Showed up, nurse very rude, drove 1h30 to be told I can't get my MRI done due to my loop earings. MRI is for lower back. Asked if they have tools to removed it and got told need to find a way to remove it.Not their first day, and I'm sure I'm not the first one in this situation.Maybe having a tool to remove earing would make sense. And maybe find a way to talk to people without being rude.

Well, one of the staff need to go back to school to retake the part of the course that teaches them about how they should treat their customers. I went to my Dr on Friday and was given a requisition to have a xray. So i look up the hours of KMI and see that they close at 5 and it is 4:30 so I head there to inquire about getting an xray. Upon walking into the location on Taylor Kidd, I walk up to the counter, I was greeted by a staff and I said, I know it is late in the day but could they squeeze me in for an xray? The response was nothing short of rude and unprofessional. She says me did you not see the 4 SIGNS as she pointed to the windows that said the xray machine is down. First of all, I've never been in the habit of reading all the signs in the windows. I was in a lot of pain and knew it was near the end of the day and just wanted to ask the question if I could get an xray. You know to save me from missing any more time from work than I need to. When you walk in you see instructions on the glass at the counter, register here for MRI's or here for xrays. Was there a notice on that glass stating the xray was down, no of course not. So I will go to the location on princess street moving forward. Maybe they will know how to treat patients, its quite clear that some of the staff at the Taylor Kidd location do not.

I have never been there before. I went expecting to wait a cpl hrs as I was a walk-in. The staff were friendly. The place was clean besides ppl switching chairs and them not being wiped down. I was in and out within 30 mins.

Bright Airy waiting room . Pleasant staff . I walk in and walk out in 20 minutes . Professional and friendly team. Thank you for the care.

I am not understanding the covid protocolI came for an MRI...I didn't come early...I sanitized my hands..wore my mask ..I answered all the covid questions...I practiced social distancing in the waiting room, I had my temperature taken.....I am watching person after person using the washroom and nobody is sanitizing it after each person's use.... HOW is this Ok???? Maybe public health could do a check in

I've been for an x-ray and an MRI here. Both visits the staff were very friendly and the instructions during the imaging were clear. Almost no wait time for x-ray and zero wait time for MRI. I loved that the change rooms on the MRI side have locks for when you leave your stuff; wish the x-ray side did as well! The lady who did my x-ray and the gent who did my MRI were both so nice and patient and welcoming, which helped with my anxiety so much. Great visits. Hope I don't need to come back, haha, but if I do, I'll be comfortable coming here again.Edit: if you're heavier and worried about fitting into the MRI machine, I'm pretty porky as a 3x woman and they stuck me in without issue. Don't delay your tests if you're worried about stuff like this, you're going to be fine.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Been here a few times, staff are very rude and condescending, it's literally impossible to ask a question without being given attitude.Reading other reviews, this is a common issue at this location. I've been to the other location on princess multiple times and have never once had an issue with any staff member. The entire staff at this location needs to have additional training to learn how to interact with people. Nothing worse than a nurse with 0 empathy

Went to KMI Blackburn Mews for X-rays - walk in service is available and must admit, we were pleasantly surprised at the efficiency and friendliness of the staff. After reading the google reviews, we were expecting the worse. Kudo's to KMI
