Lovely Doggy House - Dog Daycare, Boarding and Grooming

This place is awesome! My dog has been going for a few months now and he absolutely loves it. They are quick to respond if you have questions, space always looks clean, ample room for the dogs, and staff are super friendly.

Our boy Boomer dog loves this place and starts to jump and talk with excitement as soon as we turn down the road. He has had many visits, both short and long, and he always leaves happy and certainly tired from all of the playing. The staff is friendly and have a real love and passion for the animals. The dedication to the animals 24/7 is comforting when we leave our pawed family member. We enjoy their active social media posting when we're away and themed photos surrounding holidays and birthdays. 5 stars all around.

My sweet girl loves going to daycare at Lovely Doggy Housr! As soon as we pull in the parking lot she is trying to get out of the car to go play! I was a little worried about sending her with her issues but couldn't be happier with her care! ☺️

If I could give lower then one star. I would.Our dog Ruckus was left in their care on July 27th - I dropped off a healthy 6 month old puppy. I picked up a nervous dog who was unable to weight-bear from the time I picked him up, until even now. I took him to the vet and he was deemed to have a spinal injury resulting in a C-shaped spine. Sent home with 14 days bed rest. Upon X-ray, the vet determined the injury was worse than I thought - soft tissue damage to the spine, back, hip, and hind leg area and missing a tooth. The vet recommended strict crate rest for 21 days and prescribed sedative pain kills and anti-inflammatories. The vet stated this injury could of been from over doing it but it was unlikely - Ruckus doesn’t over do it he defaults to self rest, injuries like this often happen with a fall, a body check by a much larger dog, or unfortunately neglect/abuse such as being pushed or kicked. It was also stated that Ruckus should not have been grouped with fully grown adult dogs and at the very minimum he should have been supervised. Lovely doggy house continues to not take responsibility for this and continues to not allow us to video documentation. Something happened in their care and I’ll never know what ..

Lovely Doggy House has always been so accommodating and good to us. From when my dog was a puppy to us welcoming our first human baby they have always been there to help us out with boarding, daycare and nail trims. Our dog loves going there so much he yodels in the car when he figures out he’s headed there! Thank you for all that you do!

We have been loyal customers taking our dog here for 3.5 years, boarding him for ~10 weekends a year. I called today to cancel a booking, and the owner was very rude and said she will never book our dog in again. I was also trying to inquire about purchasing a daycare package. She did not care.In 3.5 years we have cancelled 3 bookings. While it's unfortunate that 2 of those cancellations have come this summer, plans change and they should be familiar with that in this industry.We now have to find a new daycare/boarding center for our dog who has a hard time getting comfortable in new situations. Lovely Doggy Houses' reactive response and poor customer service should not negatively impact our dog.I'm very disappointed, and will be asking the multiple friends and family members that I've referred here to take their business elsewhere.

Excellent spot! My dog will only be coming to Lovely Doggy House from now on, this place is great! They took great care of our dog Tye while we were away. Their facilities are gorgeous, big yard for the pups to play in, nice private bedrooms too. Thank you for the wonderful service and for taking such good care of our boy!!! :)

After moving across the country our normally social pup had become really shy and timid around other dogs. Spending time at the Lovely Doggy House completely revitalized his demeanour. The staff are really kind and accommodating. We are fortunate to have such a great place for him to enjoy when we can't be at home.
