Vets are very proffessional and treat people well. Front staff are rude, and unproffesional. When I contacted them about my dog perhaps being exposed to rabies, they could not tell me what to do other than call the health unit to inquire. When asking questions about raw food, the front desk staff suggested to use if I wanted to kill my dogs. Then, the front desk staff cancelled our service because we questioned the way she treated us. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Dr. Simpson always goes above and beyond for my dogs!We make the trek from Spencerville, as my anxious dogs are incredibly more relaxed at Williamstown. The girls are all fantastic, and the receptionist Elizabeth’s witty charm has to make you laugh. Could not recommend more!

Everything was great up until I arrived at my appointment with my 3 year old, 80lb dog and cat carrier in hand, no automatic doors, clearly struggling- not one person ever tried or offered to help me or hold a door..The tech came out to let me know that only one person was aloud in the exam room, so they wanted to take my dog without me while I waited in the waiting room. Since I was not comfortable with this solution they opted to do the checkup in the waiting room while my 3 year old and myself kept our distance. After agreeing to this solution 3 times the tech was still hesitant to take any action whatsoever.At this point I was feeling very uncomfortable and unwelcomed.I felt we were a threat or contagious. Even though we were symptom free and showing 0 agression. The vet and the tech were hiding behind walls whispering to the staff. Very unprofessional and not someone I would trust around my pet.None of this information was given at the time of booking my appointment and I am a single mom! My time was completely wasted and I will happily find a different vet in order to get the service we deserve.

Transferred here from another veterinarian in Cornwall and so happy we did! Our dogs skin issues were a 6 year ordeal until coming here. After treatment he's a totally different, happy dog! Highly recommend!

worst vet clinic i have been to. put my cat on a short term steroid for over a year and never attempted to taper off. cancelled appointments and then called it a no show, then took animals off patients list for their mistake. would not recommend to anyone, and will be warning all friends and family of their horrible practice. the receptionist is rude and very unhelpful. they really dont care about the animals, just the paycheck. if you have any other option, legit ANY other option, choose that.

Every single member of staff that I've interacted with (Dr. Parker, Jordan and Elizabeth) has been so lovely. Very kind, compassionate and caring people! No complaints. ☺️

Very pushy, like a salesperson, over-promoting unnecessary vaccine, spaying and overcharging. Staff are not competent and always making mistakes on our puppy’s medical record. We were charged for “wellness package” that we never signed up for. Despite our repeated conversation about giving ONLY CORE vaccine for our puppy. Nail trimming was complementary till I questioned our last invoice total. Ms. Elizabeth said they charge $30 (when I questioned why a single rabies shot invoice is $175) local pet store charge less than $20 for nail trimming. Keeps repeating that the charge was for “Wellness Package”. Their staffs need to be retrained, totally unethical and absurd that we leave our pets health/life in their hands. Thank goodness they don’t work at a medical office or hospital. Especially with Covid we are not allowed to go in, staff are making mistakes with medical information and it’s scary to know that vets are going by the input from incompetent staff. Vets so far are decent and polite even when they are pushing for other services despite repeatedly we’ve mentioned we only want core vaccine. Ms Elizabeth (not sure what her position at the vet) kept arguing that the price was included but we chose not to vaccinate our pup!?! This is after me explaining our puppy has had all 3 dose of core vaccine and the only reason she is getting her rabies separately is because it would be better for our puppy in case she has a reaction we know which vaccine caused it.If only the staff listen and paid attention they would have our puppy’s record correct from day one!! We get a refund on the over charge and Elizabeth forwards us all our pup’s medical history (which again has wrong information) and makes a point to tell us that “I’ve send your medical history in case you need to go to a different facility”… I guess the staff are not concern about such things called reviews, word by mouth. Going to the vet shouldn’t be stressful, worrisome and above all untrustworthy.

Super happy with the care and thoroughness of the staff. They took extreme care to make sure I understood everything and had all the paperwork, and training information needed. They also were very kind and gentle with my new puppy, Thank you!

On behalf of my brother and parents, I would like to thank the team for their amazing care of their dog, Pip. When faced with an urgent situation, WVS was quick to take her in and assess her health. The level of care was sensational and they were extremely impressed with every step they took in ensuring Pip was cared for thoroughly, from the time they called to schedule an emergency appointment, all the way through to following up in the following days to see how she was feeling.
