Clean and small. Membership options are limited. I was bounced around by staff and in the process I realized I was being lied to about ownership/management. Time is money why waste your own and others time. Would not recommend. Small gym which was a selling point from the organizations POV, but reminiscent of membership fees and contracts of larger gyms. Fees are too high for what you get - $60.00 initiation fee and $65.00 per month for equipment and online classes.

they are not honest business people, they take advantage of people and do not follow through any missed calls. They wont let u cancel or make changes to your account

Excellent gym! Very clean and maintained gym with great staff. Nice and friendly environment. Amazing that it is 24/7 with access to lots of locations which works with my busy schedule

Mostly clean and not crowded in the mornings. But evenings could be busier and might be a wait time for equipment. Customer service is good.

Careful, you can send them 10 emails asking to cancel your membership months in advance to your annual renewal and they will still take you to collections over a wrongful renewal. Apparently cancelations can only be done in person.

A great and clean gym, the staff is friendly and helpful (Debby is the best) and the equipment is pretty good and well-maintained! I like and appreciate the flexibility of this gym so I’m happy to keep being a part of it.

Very difficult to deal with these people.No mix up nobody answers the phone at your gym .... your really fast to respond to reviews it would be nice if emails were responded to fast or even at all. According to your other reviews I'm not the only one having this issue.

Been coming here since they opened. They have excellent customer service. Very clean and up to date facility. It's open 24/7 which is very convenient along with having lots of other locations that are included in the membership.

Awesome staff! They really go over and beyond for their members. Very clean and not too busy gym. Love the fact that it's 24/7 and access to multiply clubs all over the world. Especially with my work, I travel a lot and it becomes very useful and I don't need multiple gym memberships.
