I had a minor repair to my outdoor tap and a hot water on demand system installed to replace my aging hot water tank. Austen did the tap repair and Ross installed the hot water on demand system. Both were very professional, on time and communicated any issues and provided resolutions. Ross also helped me to arrange Fortis to replace my gas meter which was outdated and not sufficient for my new hot water on demand system. I am very happy with the service and recommend Battalion's services. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Wow, a fabulous crew! Ross and Tim were the epitome of professional contractors when they worked in our condo building. We have had ongoing issues with a sporadic leak for many years. We had several plumbers come out to try to determine what was causing the leak. Not one was able to come up with a solution. In comes Battalion Plumbing. They took time to investigate, did their due diligence and were able to determine the problem. No more leaks! They were very fair in their costs and made this frustrating issue one of success! I got a hold of Battalion for installing a kitchen sink based on a recommendation. They were easy to deal with, on time, fast and friendly. The job itself was also done very well. The invoice process was made easy through email. I would call them again for any other jobs that come up.

Outstanding! We needed an upgrade to a water-on-demand system, heard about them through the Victoria grapevine, and once we'd met for the initial estimate, contracted with them at once. The work went ahead promptly, and seamlessly, and throughout the process both Tim and Ross proved themselves to be consummate professionals in all aspects of plumbing and gas work. They not only managed their part of the operation: they also coordinated with other service providers to oversee our change-over to a heat pump system, which entailed an electrical upgrade. Tim and Ross are absolutely reliable, and knowledgeable. They are excellent communicators -- detailed, polite, and determined to find the solution that works best for you. And they follow-up. With some outfits, there's a gap between the people who consult with you and the people who do the work. That's not the case here. Battalion is as good as you get for plumbing and gas work. Tim and Ross, the owners of Battalion Plumbing and Gas, are two of the nicest guys on the planet. They are also the highest caliber plumbers and gas fitters one could ask for! Their service is exceptional and the work they did at my house was tight and on point. They did everything from replacing toilets, to adding a washer and dryer, to fixing a leaky tap, to adding a gas outdoor BBQ, to an instant hot water and water filtration system, to a dual fuel gas range plus they added a top of the line Rinnai tankless hot water system in my house. These guys have my trust, friendship and also my business forever. You would be doing the right thing by calling Battalion Plumbing and Gas if you need any plumbing and/or gas fitting work done at your home or office.

We are so happy we contacted Battalion. After receiving an estimate of $4000.00 from another business we decided to call Battalion for a second opinion. They came the next day and after a thorough check found out that the issue was much smaller and cheaper. The following day a plumber from Battalion arrived with new parts and fixed the issue for a fraction of the previous quote. Thank you so much Battalion!

Great guys to deal with. Ross shows up when he says he will, does the work that he says he will in the time he says it will take, doesn't leave a mess. Both times I have used Battalion their price has been pretty much bang on to their estimates. Take a look at their work after they leave and you will notice all the little things are done right: water lines are straight, secure and out of the way, extra fasteners and adhesives are used to keep things secure and tidy. 5/5 stars, I hope not to have any further plumbing issues in the foreseeable future but if I do, I will call these guys
