I am not very pleased with the experience I had yesterday with one of the sales lady you have there.I went in to only get a battery put in my watch and she told me that she wouldn't do it ,,So I questioned why cause it's only a battery. She told me that because it's the holidays they don't have time to do it. I noticed that there were 4 workers and only 2 customers so why couldn't she have taken the 5 minutes to give me a battery.I wasn't very pleased and you can consider your selves 1 customer less and trust me I will pass on the word about my bad experience.

The girls are all very helpful and pleasant, they know my styles now and always let me know of any new promotions. They are also great tracking down something I love if they do not have it. It is always a pleasure and can't imagine shopping at another jewelry store, their customer service is like none other.

Buy a $3000 dollar ring and 4 months later one of the diamond stones pop out! Guess the quality isn't as good As it should be!

Always an excellent experience when I shop at Bogarts! Karen is usually my contact and she’s just a joy to shop with!! All the girls at the Grand Falls-Windsor store are excellent. Richard and AJ always go above and beyond for me! Love the whole experience and crew of Bogarts!
