The pros are they always have prescription food in stock and it’s easy to get an appointment.They’re unable to deal with anxious animals however. My cat gets very scared at the vets and I was told they were simply unable to examine him yet was still charged an exam fee.They also clearly disliked him. I know he wasn’t an easy patient but most people bringing their pets in love their pets, at least faking an interest in his well-being would have been appreciated.They may be great with friendly dogs but I wouldn’t bring a cat, small animal, or any nervous animal here.

We took our old dog to the vet today. After being told I could not remain with my pet to say goodbye, they wanted to upsell to me. I wore a face shield which is perfectly legal along with my medical mask exemption from a medical doctor they told me to wait outside. After paying $450.00 to euthanize my old friend and not being able to say goodbye I would recommend ANY other vet service but this one!!! Cold hearted money grubbers is my opinion. They will never see our other dog!!!

Brought my cat in at last minute for a sore on her tail, they invited me with open arms. Very professional and you can tell they all love animals there. They went above and beyond what I thought they would do. I definitely recommend sarnia animal hospital. I lucked out on finding these guys to be personal and loving towards my problem with my cat. Did not feel like it was about money, but about caring for animals of all sorts!!

If you're looking for the best vet in Sarnia, this is it!Having a sick cat is never a good experience, especially one with a terminal illness, but the staff made the entire experience as good as it was going to get. Both doctor's are very knowledgeable, willing to go above and beyond to do everything they possibly could to heal our cat. The entire staff is top notch, can't speak highly enough about all of them. Always going above and beyond to give the very best care, not just to the animals but the humans as well.We checked out every vet in town before settling here and its very clear we made the right decision!

Great overall Vets, Very pricey compared to other places, they also will push other stuff that no other vet does and you will end up paying more then twice your expected price. My cat has gone here since we adopted her and my 11yr old Doxie goes to College Park and I get the same level of treatment at both.

We were seen right away, the vet was nice. We called the night before and got an immediate appointment. No hassles, we were in and out in 30 minutes. I recommend it highly!

The staff and doctor are amazing. They don't try to push extras on you, and they are very thorough with the dogs' examinations.

Very friendly people that show they really care about animals. I needed a veterinarian on short notice to get my new puppy up to date on all his shots before an unplanned trip out of country, and they were able to squeeze us in.
