I have read through several of the reviews because of my experience today. It seems that the drop off is fine. The pick up shuttle is a nightmare. The ticket that is given does not have jetset name on it if you take the valet priority. Called the number to ask where the shuttle will pick us up and they set door 7. Nope, door 9. I wasted over a half an hour with this false information. I finally make it to the pick up point to other annoyed, cold passengers who have all called for the shuttle to come and have been waiting a long time in the cold and some with children like myself. Again this is not the only post stating this. The shuttle is not well Marked at all which is confusing and frustrating. Dear jetset your communication with your customers needs to improve. While waiting the other parking shuttles had several buses to pick up passengers and were well marked. I told the workers at the desk about my frustration in hopes that they improve for their customers. I am going to try a different park and fly next time as there is choice and not a monopoly. I hope some improvements are made as jet set is closest to the airport. Communication (better signs, tickets etc) and shuttle improvements please.

I want to start off by saying that out of all the aiport parking I have booked with this company previously, the issue I encountered early in the morning was one that could have been avoided, resolved in some way even, if customer service reps are properly trained even in basic provision of customer satisfaction.I have booked and paid 4 days worth of parking but regrettably I put in an exit time 11 hours earlier than what would I have been entitled to as I have not anticipated a flight delay as lengthy as the one we had. The booking was technically booked for June 26 @3:30 am entry and June 29 @4:00pm exit. If a mock booking were to be done, you would see that the same price applies if I have keyed in an exit time for June 30 @3:30 am, which I tried explaining to the customer service rep, clearly reconfirming my statement that I have booked for 4 days so an extra charge really should not be enforced. We exited on June 30 at around 2:30am for context. Customer service basically told us non-verbatim that it's on me that I haven't booked for the full 96 hours and proceeded to charge us $1.75 more than the amount previously showing on the screen. From $10.50, we paid $12.25 instead after less than 10 mins of having customer service on the help line. I have expressed my wishes to get a cordial settlement for this issue thru BBB, no matter how little the amount is on deck, in the hopes that I and many others would never encounter issues like this again and for customer service reps to get a refresher training for proper customer interaction, which should not include taunting, gaslighting or power tripping the customers.Note to all patrons that we should book for the full amount of hours we are entitled to in order to avoid giving this business an excuse to take more money from customers unnecessarily based off a technicality when you have already paid sufficiently, a lesson I learned the hard way. If I were redirected to proper channels to discuss the issues I had, I have a feeling this review wouldn't have made it here. I strongly feel that customer service is a vital aspect in a thriving business. I can't stress enough on how important it is to consider retraining. Thank you.

Before COVID this was our preferred parking location-excellent service, timely shuttles and courteous staff. Since COVID, we have parked here a handful of times, which was a handful too many. There is no customer service, the shuttles are very limited, and the staff do little to interact. Today, for example, it took 25 mins to get a shuttle to the airport for pickup and this was after a number of calls from several passengers. It was frustrating watching multiple shuttles from the other service providers come and go as we stood there. Though we were hopeful things would improve, it seems that JetSet is going to continue operating this way. It is with regret that we will be taking our business elsewhere.

I used this lot several months ago and did the valet parking for a higher price and it was fine. The second time I parked there I paid online and the price was competitive but my experience was not good to say the least. When I drove in to the lot it was dark and hard to actually find the entrance due to not great signage and once I got in I was honestly not quite sure what to do as in most lots you are told where to park.Lucky I flagged down a van driver and he instructed me to park anywhere and go to the nearest shelter for pickup so thanks to him I figured things out. My experience coming home was not good at all. After getting dropped off and picking up my car I proceeded to the exit and it was again dark and very little lighting by the machine at the exit. It prompted me to put in my credit card (which I used for online payment) and it did nothing so I could not get out. I might also mention there were two vehicles trying to get in through the exit which you can not do again due to poor signage so they had to figure out how to get in to the lot. Anyhow I had to back my vehicle out of the exit and try to get assistance. As they don’t actually have an attendant at the exit booth I had to go to the valet parking building to get assistance. If you are in the lot you can’t drive to that building so I had to walk about a hundred yards in cold and windy conditions. Once getting there and explaining the issue they asked did you push the help button at the machine? It was so dark there I responded that I couldn’t see anything. An attendant said to meet him over at the exit and he would assist me. So I walked another hundred yards to get back to my car and drove to the exit. It was quite humorous as there is a help button on the machine but even the attendant had a difficult time finding it as it is not lit and when it is is dark you basically can’t see it. Long story short we finally got out of the lot. This lot has been there for years so you would think things like decent lighting (or an actual person at the exit) and better signage would have been addressed a long time ago.

Jet set is completely unpredictable. However, it seems to be getting worse than better. They were hassle free, easy check-in with shuttles running frequently. The last two experience have been awful from check-in to pick up. Inconsistent shuttles rude check-in at the valet and mistakes on arrival time creating a longer wait than self-park. I would not recommend any longer.

I messed up the entry procedure for self park and mistyped my licence plate on my booking. A quick call, no hold, and I was advised on an easy fix. Then my flight/trip was cancelled and a followup call got me a quick refund.Cheapest price I could find, closest lot to the airport, and excellent customer service. Not a great travel day for me but these guys took some of the stress away.

Fix the broken Machines!!!Been going for weeks!!!Don’t park hear, I parked her multiple times and service is getting worse and worse, right now stuck behind a line up cause only one of three machines is working and obviously the vehicle at the front of the line is having issues exiting, of course because their machines don’t recognize the QR codes!! Gives an error message saying booking unavailable or unrecognized ticket and the help button on the machines Does Not Work!!!On another note the drivers are usually nice and helpful except for the one guy that starred me in the eye and left me at the shelter when he could clearly see me walking with my luggage toward the shelter.

Good Service at a Good Price. I used their valet service for a short trip Mr 22 -26. They provided seamless efficient service from drop off to the airport and in reverse on my return. My only complaint (minor) is that their valet entrance needs much better lighting, I missed it in the dark and had to turn around.

Don't use. Their scanning system only works when they want it to.Follow up to your response.If you are going to update your system, it is very important that you have staff available to assist with problems. When arriving it didn’t work and everyone was having problems. It made the dropoff extra confusing and extra time. No staffing available to resolve. The bus was overloaded to get to terminal too. When returning it did not accept and pushed the button which took a very long time and many many cars waiting behind. This could have all been alleviated with proper staffing. Waited 20 minutes for gate to open.

Plenty of parking here. It lives up to its name there is parking spaces available here for a reasonable price. I paid about $40 for a week of parking. There are shelters available to stay in while waiting for the shuttle service to the airport. Easy access to park. And the shuttle service is very regular. I have parked here a few times now and the experience has been good.
