This week, the staff at Big Box Penticton went above and beyond to help solve a transaction error from another one of their stores.Dave the manager and Jaspreet were very professional and courteous in dealing with the situation. Staff like this make shopping here a pleasure!

Big Box Outlet Store - Penticton
This store is one of my favourites to visit in Penticton and I go in at least once a week. Their inventory is huge and new product comes in all the time. Over the past month I've purchased a recliner, a coffee table, pillows, clothing, food, etc. at a really good discounted price. The furniture is good quality and most of it comes from Costco as well as the clothing. The staff is amazing and always willing to go the extra mile.

Want to say thank you to Cindy, Joel and Preet for all of their assistance on Feb 17th.The parking lot was extremely busy and Cindy put out a delineator in a parking stall so I could park close enough to load my purchase which they then assisted me with loading.Everyone was professional and helpful.Thank you!

Big Box Outlet Store - Penticton
We had a great experience at this store today. Shafali and Joel provided amazing customer service when we picked up our kayak today. We had put our names on a waitlist after an earlier kayak sold and they called us immediately when a new one came in. We’ve had nothing but great experiences at this location and will keep coming back for the great deals and customer service with all employees we’ve interacted with! Can’t wait to enjoy our kayak!

A big shout out to Big Box outlet store in Penticton. The young lady that’s the manager is absolutely amazing. She’s always willing to fix any little problem or anything. She truly goes above and beyond her level of customer service is a high standard. The staff is courteous and polite and knowledgeable. The stores run very well. Thank you so much for all that you do for all of us customers. I’ve even have seen you handle and very professional manner. Penticton’s” finest “ coming in there and harassing your staff. thank you for the way you handle that as well. A big shout out and congratulations to you all for a job. Well done. I'm not sure where the discount part of this store is, but a lot of these items I've found cheaper at Canadian Tire, Walmart or even Dollarama across the street. Staff seem friendly enough.Response to owner: This is supposed to be a discount store. If you cannot beat the price of a box store, then please remove the word discount"."

Big Box Outlet Store - Penticton
I give this a five star only based on the manager who is called Shifali and the staff. They are extremely helpful and really know how to sell their items in there especially the furniture but as for the parking, I absolutely hate the parking lot. Most of the parking is extremely limited and tight, and the rest of it is up on an incline, which when you’re older like me, makes it very hard To get out of the vehicle and hold the door and be standing on a hill it would be great if the store could be in a place where there’s a nice parking area and that it’s flat and easy to access. I only frequent the store when my husband will drive me, I don’t go on my own to browse because of the parking so I give the parking for the store a one star.

I have shopped at this outlet for several years. The new manager Shifali and her staff have done a great job in organizing the store so it is less cluttered and easy to shop at. The staff is friendly, welcoming and eager to assist in any way!
