They’re open late night but - they end up being extremely expensive if you don’t have pet insurance. Our cat wasn’t doing well and we ended up spending $2500 for 2 sets of blood tests and … then all the ancillary costs for overnight stay, iv, check in’s by vet. I mean - it’s like a taxi - once you enter, you’re on the clock and you’re far better served taking him to your local vet as soon as you can. They asked for a healthy deposit payment up front and beware - they’re going to use all of it unless you put the brakes on. A subsequent review by an independent vet said…they didn’t really show any methodical approach to diagnosing the problem.

This clinic is absolutely amazing and the staff are so nice!I took my cat shadow in yesterday as she ate my ADHD medication and they knew what to do with her right away! I was very scared and they did a great job calming me down! I'm not sure what I would've done if I had lost her so I just wanted to thank you guys! Keep up the good work! Our fur babies thank you!❤️

We brought our husky in for gastric issues at 1am. They have a great system where once you've registered, they text you when it's time to come to the clinic. No waiting in the car or the waiting room. The staff was wonderful, thoughtful, and considerate of both our dog's needs and our frayed nerves. As good an experience as I could have ever asked for.

Nothing but experienced and loving pet people working there! They really know how to take the stress off of you. Lucky is very Lucky" indeed to have this as his "main hub" for all his medical needs!"

Worst veterinarians who only want to get high prices. There was no detailed explanation about the dog being hospitalized and discharged. I couldn't hear my dog and didn't even explain what to watch out for. I told the working people that I wanted to see a doctor. But they said the doctor was busy and had to wait for hours. And after visiting this hospital, my dog had diarrhea mixed with blood, and the service was different from the hospital I visited before. And they also charged more money by looking into things my dog didn't need. I don't think I'll ever go here again. And they never updated my dog's condition at the appointed time while he was in the hospital. And when I called, I could only be told to wait because they were busy. How can they be called veterinarians? They are definitely people who have never had a precious pet dog.+ Additional writingAfter visiting your hospital my lovely puppy started refusing to eat and how stressed he was, he repeated diarrhea and vomiting every day and crossed the rainbow bridge 2 days ago. My baby was a more viable child. Two months ago, when I went to another emergency room with the same disease name, it wasn't as expensive as yours, and I've been healthy since I went to that emergency room, and I ate well. But you guys have terrible service and poor price procedures. I was discharged without being able to see a doctor or hear an explanation. It was hard to contact you guys after that. I won't forgive you guys till the end.

Had a great experience with this clinic twice - first time we brought my small dog in for bloody stool and was pleased by the short wait time compared to the other emergency clinic we called as well as the ability to be texted when they were ready to see him, which minimized our in clinic wait time. His symptoms have returned since he completed the anti diarrheal and probiotics he was given but I think he medications he was given were an appropriate first line of treatment (as opposed to our home vet who immediately tried to sell us their in clinic food). Everyone we interacted with had excellent bedside manner towards humans and pets alike. We would have loved to keep following up with this clinic for further investigation if it wasn’t emergency based/cost prohibitive.Today I ended up (maybe stupidly) inducing my dog to vomit with hydrogen peroxide after being worried about something he ate and called the clinic for follow up advice - the animal poison control centre costs $95 per call so I wouldn’t have begrudged this clinic for not wanting to give out free advice but they kindly got a vet tech on the phone with me who answered my questions for free.

Very pleased with the service and care I received for my cat Teddy at CTVRC and would highly recommend this clinic. I had quite a scare with Teddy earlier this month during a sudden onset of acute pancreatitis. He was in extreme pain and I felt so helpless with his regular vet being closed for the day. I am so thankful I found CTVRC in those moments and checked in via their streamlined text system. I was immediately notified of an opening for Teddy and brought him in within 20 minutes. He was seen right away and unfortunately needed to be hospitalized. I have never experienced anything like this before, but was comforted in knowing that I would receive regularly scheduled updates. Teddy was hospitalized for 6 days and while it was one of the toughest experiences I’ve been through, I knew that CTVRC was on top of it all. The staff are extremely patient and understanding and are more than happy to provide updates and answer any questions. I received photos and the staff kept me fully updated during Teddy’s stay. I never felt rushed or made to feel that Teddy wasn’t a top priority.I am incredibly grateful for the care and compassion that CTVRC showed me and Teddy and would not hesitate to recommend their services. Thank you to the reception staff; Dr. Goldstein; Dr. Ho; Dr. Druck; Dr. Collins; Dr. Vozner; and Cassandra.

As good vibes as you could possibly have at such a stressful time. Their online check in process makes everything so much easier. Staff were incredibly kind and personable and eager to answer questions. I feel good knowing I can call here 24/7 and know good care is available

Found a tick on my dog this afternoon and after calling many 24 hour clinics, this is the first place who said they could take him right away. They removed the tick and checked the rest of his body for me. They offered knowledge on what to look for and next steps. The staff was kind and gentle with my large anxious lab. Definitely would recommend for after hours visits you need for your pet!
