Jenn is fantastic. I lost my phone and she helped me track it down and get it back the same day. She even emailed me to relay information to me from the person who had my device. Great experience, thanks so much for your help, I highly recommend this branch to all freedom customers.

I had a great experience at this location. I was in contact with Amar in regards to getting a new phone and phone plan for my spouse. Amar was very patient and understanding of our needs in what we were looking for in regards to the phone and the plan. Not only was he patient but he was very knowledgeable in phones/phone plans. I highly recommend him if you want to get a new phone/phone plan. Thank you again Amar!

I usually never leave a review. But I wanna share an incident. Actually my freedom account was charged $469 just for 1 month and was suspended 2 weeks prior of billing due, I wasn’t able to get any help from help centre to resolve this issue. Jazz she works here and helped me with this unnecessary bill. Rather than questioning me she understood my problem and cooperated with me and I was able to retrieve my account with reasonable bill. I really wanna thank her and the other members of Store who helped me.

Gaurika and Raven both were genuinely helpful.Raven tried different ways to approach the issue i was having, but did not give up, and called Gaurika to help me in the end.Gaurika made sure she was listening to me and did resolve the issue with my account.Highly recommend to see Gaurika and Raven if you have any questions or concerns.

I accompanied my friend to this freedom mobile location. We had the opportunity to deal with Gaurikaand what a great customer service person she is. My friend wanted to port out to freedom mobile from a different carrier. The way she took care of us was phenomenal.She offered us the plan as per our needs and that fitted our pocket. People like Gaurika are always an asset for a company. I hope that freedom mobile does care of such employees for all the remarkable services they provide to the customers.

Always great experience and outstanding service at this store. All staff here are friendly and attentive to customer's needs.During my last two visits Amar and Gaurika both went above and beyond to ensure everything works as I needed for my plan.My transaction involved a complex transfer of responsibility request, and I was surprised by the level of knowledge and understanding both staff showed to us. So happy that I completed my transaction here!The two sisters who work here are also great and always willing to listen and provide recommendations based on my needs.I highly recommend this store to anyone!

My wife and I have changed our phones recently, we've been customers since freedom was still small way before Shaw bought this business.This site and its service is waaaaaay above what we were expecting. Well trained, mannered and super nice people. Great people to talk to :)
