Decided to give them a try since they were new in town. My daughter needed a trim so that is something simple to test them out. I will say the the girls are friendly.However, the young girl who cut her hair did such a hack job on it, that it was almost an inch shorter on one side, and had sections of hair that were much shorter in the back. Unfortunately, we did not notice it until we brushed it out that night.I will not go back there to get it fixed because a simple trim on pin straight hair should not be that difficult to do. I took her to my regular place today and they were stunned at the cut and did their best to fix it up. They couldn't get it completely even without taking off too much length, but at least it's not as noticeable.Sorry, can't recommend this place

They took my 5 year old as a walk in and were so amazing with him. The cut was exactly what we wanted, they were very patient with my other two toddlers as we waited and their prices were comparable or lower than competing chains! We will definitely be returning and recommending to others!
