TERRIBLE! I dont know who's in charge but they need to be fired. Everytine I order things are wrong, or items are strait up missing but I've been charged for it anyways. Everytine I call to speak to some one in charge, anyone. They either say no manager is there or they say sure and then leave me on hold for an hour.

Please don't go to this location. Go to the location that is closer to Fruiterie 440 just a couple of blocks down.I've been going to this location for several years, they made mistakes in the past leaving out items but whenever I would go back they would provide something to compensate for their error.Just today I went to purchase lunch for my wife and I had a coupon for 2 mozzas and 2 poutines. At the drive through I asked the woman answering to change one of the poutines for a sweet potatoe fries. She told me that that isn't possible because the fries will cost less then the poutine. I explained that I have been doing this for years and they never had a problem before.Another employee yelled into the mike saying it cannot be done.I stated that this doesn't make sense to me considering my previous experiences.She exclaimed to me that maybe I should get myself hired at their location because she knows her job and that I seem to think that I can do her job better than her. She then told me to go to another A&W.So I did. I went to the other location where they treated me with the basic respect that a paying customer should have and they changed my order without a second glance.I took my order back with the receipt and went into the original A&W to show her. She kept repeating that different locations work differently.So please take her advice, do NOT give your money to this location. I guess they don't know how to hire people who are capable of working with the public.I will never go back to this location. Thankfully there are many other options around including the currently superior other A&W just down the street.

We ordered the gourmet breakfast which consisted of two eggs served with two strips of naturally smoked bacon and two sausage links, a golden-brown hash brown, two slices of tomatoes and two slices of warm butter toast and coffee. Unfortunately, the eggs were overcooked.

We ordered Uber eats from this location. They missed some items from the order. Didn’t send any condiments or utensils even though I requested them. Who sends pancakes without syrup? They added bacon right on top of the meal when I specifically asked to remove it. We spent over $40 and couldn’t eat a thing from the order.

Wouldn't make me burgers because they 'had no more patties ready' and 'just cleaned the grill'... this was at 9:20 and they close at 11:00. Burger place that won't make burgers over an hour and a half before closing. Wild.
