Ordered online 35 minutes before the store closed. Never received my order and I have to call the next day before receiving my refund…. I’m on vacation now and I’ll have to waste an hour trying to explain that I never got the delivery because they have no clue what is going on. They’re saying they’re closed and they can’t refund for now. Just useless stress for nothing.All the other times I’ve ordered it was always missing something.Try to avoid this KFC because the management is clearly out of control.

Garbage service. Ordered on their app ahead of time. Got there. They hadn’t even noticed there was an online order. They served everyone in line before getting to my order, even people who got there after me. They didn’t even bother apologizing for the inconvenience or try to explain. Never ordering there again!!!

Terrible service. Ordered online to wait for 2 hours. Call them twice. First time told me the order has left for delivery. Second tome told me they don’t do delivery. Went there to get refunded and they offered me to give me the order. Believe it or now it was obviously the order that was left there for 2 hours because everything was cold with a funny smell. I believe that these kids are limited intellectually and don’t even know what they are doing and don’t have the capacity to answer one simple question. No capacity to think and solve a basic situation.Head office better clean up this place.

Suppertime Jan. 22nd they ran out of chicken tenders and chicken pieces. Relatively green staff were doing their best but clearly there are some training and supply management improvements that need to happen. Very poor customer experience when you come in to pick up supper for 6 people and the first thing you’re asked is whether you want a refund. The owner needs to look into some basic business skills - the staff wasn’t even proactively informing customers about the missing menu items while they were ordering.

I ordered the 18 peace bucket meal with 5 sides & also a 6 peace bucket of chicken when i got home I put all the chicken on a plater only to as we started to eat we noticed that there was only 4 drum sticks 3 wings and the rest of the chicken was chicken thighs and chicken thighs with the back bone, these people are ripping people off for their money, they don't put chicken breast or chicken ribs apparently so they can make more money do not order from this place.... I will definitely call the quebec health inspectors on them for false advertising on their products........ BY THE WAY IF I COULD GIVE THEM NO STARS I WOULD .....

Been waiting for 2 weeks for a call back from the manager who has my number. Made error on order. Correction was nonsense let's bill for random things to make up the difference". And "person in charge" in the back was rude to cashier for error and actually didn't do the order correctly even if she kept teller her how the order should have been entered in cash. So I paid for extra that I didn't get. I was overcharged AND management does not have common courtesy to call back. You know when they say you go to KFC once a year or two and always regret it..... well it never fails."

Ordered uber. Payed for two meals. Gave %18 tip. Did not receive 1 of my meals. I don't want to wait 40 minutes to have my meal refunded. Next time send someone else with my missing meal immediately. Don't use Uber for your PFK.

Chicken was hot and tasted good. Service was really quick. Both the sauce and fries were room temperature and the fries felt undercooked. Felt like the sauce had been diluted too, it didn't taste much compared to what I've tasted in other kfc.
