Artcraft Kitchens

My new condo had an ArtCraft kitchen and I wanted to improve it by adding upper cabinets and changing the doors. I also commissioned a large island with several drawers and pull-out recycley/garbage. Eric and his colleagues were ABSOLUTLEY the best to work with. Not only was the end result fantastic, the install and care along with the back-up service from the office was superb. Eric has that very rare combination of perfectionist/design savvy and excellent customer service. I referred him to friends in Rosedale and he redid their entire kitchen. It was stunning and they rave about Eric and the service at ArtCraft as well. 5 Star all the way.

Artcraft installed all our cabinets including kitchen, bedroom, entertainment room and front entry closet. Their product is of high quality and their installers very professional. Tom Ellis was our sales rep and did an amazing job of improving the layout, making great suggestions and following up to make sure the project was successful.

Our experience with Art Craft kitchens was absolutely incredible. From our first meeting with the designers, production as well as the owner was amazing. The level of detail Art Craft kitchen takes from design, measuring, production to delivering exceeded our expectations. Every cabinet fit exactly in its place, our installer frequently told us how happy he was with installing the kitchen. The final product was perfect from finish to the quality of the cabinets. We would highly recommend using Art Craft Kitchens for any milk work in your home.

I have a cabinet drawer that has 2 broken plastic clips. I looked for replacement clips online but wasn’t successful, then I noticed the drawer hardware was labeled Art Craft Kitchens, so I reached out to them inquiring if the clips were still available. As it turns out they they had a few I’d these older clips there. Phil asked me how many I needed I requested 2 and inquired of the price. Phil said we will ship them out free of charge!!!I got the package and there was 4 clips inside!!!You don’t get the kind of service any more!Thank you very much and keep up the great work!!Rob Robinson

I've dealt with this company for several years now, developing a business relationship and a personal one as well. Over the years my expectations starting from design, production, install, costumer service and everything in between has not only been met but exceeded. They have a wide range of quality products which will accommodate any budget. Highly recommend them for your cabinetry needs.

Artcraft fabricated out custom made kitchen, laundry, pantry and office area cabinets in 2010. 13 years later we continue to be extremely pleased with the quality and workmanship. That being said, in 2022/23 we began to encounter an issue with the European soft close door hinges and decided to communicate with Artcraft relative to a solution to our problem. Phil Shepherd responded to our email query within a business day to further investigate our situation and look at possible remedies. Ultimately we were offered replacement all of our cabinet hinges which have now been installed and working perfectly. A very soecial thank you to Phil Shepherd and the Artcraft folks for their perfect response. We know where we will return for our next remodel.

If your condo is going to use this installer for cabinets dont buy they are absolutely terrible. The cabinets they carry are poorly made, in 3 years almost everything has fallen apart, and they are terribly made. When you try to get service they avoid you and ignore your calls. Really this is a terrible company, I cant figure out why my condo used them except for cheap prices.

Artcraft exceeded all expectations; from an inspiration photo to concept design, color expertise, custom materials, communication, and installation. End result- a work of art and we couldn't be happier. It's our dream kitchen.It was a true pleasure working with all the professionals at Artcraft.

Artcraft are the most reliable cabinet manufacturer that I have dealt with. I have been in business for 28 years! The quality of the product is matched by the proffessional service from all their employees.Highly recommend this company! They have helped me win many awards for my work :)

Artcraft Kitchens are not worth the money you pay for them, and I strongly advise that you look elsewhere. There are so many problems with this kitchen it’s impossible to list them all. From the designer who felt that designing a $35,000 kitchen was beneath him when we asked for changes, to the “installer” who I don’t remember destroying our carpet, forgetting to tack in the base board, leaving noticeable spaces between the cabinets, non-slamming doors that slam and never finishing the job are just a few to this nightmare. I think the icing on the cake was when we called to complain about the work and to say the job was not finished, the Controller/Customer Care person laughing it off and basically said “so what”. If there is a way to post pictures or link you to the ones I have, I will update to show you the horrible work. Save your money and don’t deal with them, I wish we never did.
