Avoid doing your taxes here at all costs. I was initially told that I'd be getting a refund. The CRA contacted me with an assessment shortly after, stating that I owed in taxes. They did my taxes wrong, and no one can get back to me for a simple reassessment although I paid extra for the peace of mind"."

Although sometime a little chaotic when not booking ahead of time, I have done my tax returns there for the last 4 years. Don Staples very experienced have gone to him the last 4 years in a row. Quick and easy, but my return is kind of basic.

Absoulety love the staff they know how to look after the clients I came in 20 min before close and Areeba completed my return right then and there. Will be going back every year to get my taxes done.

Very expensive!!!!! My husband and I were 1 year behind so we filed 2 tax returns each (very basic) and it was an eyelash short of $!000.00! They said the reason why is because my husband had land rental although there was only 1 document which ther was was a land tax receipt. ( no other documents or other tabulations) They said it didn't matter, they can't change their computer program for prices no matter what. We also couldn't file for cash back on all but one of the tax returns, two because they had land rental and 1 because it was for 2019. Cash back limits the amounts they can charge because of government regulations but woe to those who file without those regulations its highway robbery!

The staff follows our tax filing diligently and responds promptly. Good work done in short time!

Very unprofessional atmosphere, dirty, not inviting. Representatives are ok just not a feeling of comfidence.
