Some of the younger gentleman doing snow removal are very unprofessional. I would recommend finding a more reliable and professional business if you’re looking for property maintenance. These young workers don’t seem to value their jobs and need to learn the meaning of hard work. Also an employee from this company is promoting and selling illegal vehicle certification online. Concerns regarding whether the employees working for this complany are properly licensed and insured.

When you pay for snow removal, you don't pay for mounds of snow to block you into your driveway or parking spot. What is the point of doing part of the job and not coming back to finish the job properly later if you're rushed to do a business lot or another client? I have lived here for 2.5 years and unless if I leave at 5am, we are all ploughed in. That's not even a guarantee as many spots are empty but not even touched even if it's a pull through for easy removal. The point of moving into a condominium is for no maintenance, in my case, for back issues and fear of putting out back when I pay monthly landscaping/snow removal fees and have to shovel myself out of heaps of snow EVERY single time. The Kuboda that sits on our property isn't just for sidewalks. Either return after a big snow fall and ask residents to vacate to properly clear, or use a device to extract the snow piled up at the end of our vehicles to collect it properly. If you pay for snow removal, it isn't half of the snow and let the other bit melt into ice. Snow already piles up between vehicles, no need to block us in on top of it. This company uses so much salt it's seeped into all of our units like a dust on every surface. You dust it off and a few hours later it reappears. Not to mention the amount of waste walking on it and harming pets from the amount being used. Salting does not replace snow removal - if you have too many properties to keep up with, hire more people. Whether you pay per snowfall or pay monthly, we deserve a proper clearing and safe maintenance. This is not just one person's opinion, we are all fed up with this service/lack thereof
