I've had 3 Dash Cams installed for business purposes, as well as one rear view camera. Joel and Jason were super friendly, knowledgeable about my vehicles (Honda Fits and an Audi A4) and performed the work properly the first time. Customer service was prompt and they were able to quickly source the tech I needed to complete the job properly. I will definitely use their services again.

I have been trying since Sept 2017 to get an answer if they can install a remote starter for my new 2018 car. I get nothing but stalls and excuses. So I am now done I will take my car to the competition, who within 10 minutes, not 4 weeks, told me they have all the parts and can install a remote starter in my new car.I have dealt with this company in the past and had better service though it was marginal then too, so I guess I should have known better, so much for their so call excellent knowledge and service they talk about.

Highway robbery. Not clean honest business. Took 18 hours to do a 10 minute job of cutting two premarked holes into a small piece of plywood. They blew the deadline Joel told me and then charged my start-up business $50 for the work". Clowns."

Haven't heard great things about this place from other people. Always feels like I'm being scammed by the owner. A struggle to get a straight answer and a proper receipt. Don't think I'll return.

Joel is very knowledgeable and Custom Car & Audio does a Complete job doing an install! Including fixing the tabs that another company broke (and didn't tell me about) & setting all the frequency's within my deck that were set wrong. I appreciated that he talked to me properly and not like I'm a dumb girl. Other companies said: it couldn't be done, can't order the parts, no replacements available etc, Pffft... My stereo now sounds perfect, ALL of the speakers! Thank you so much Joel and the group at Custom Car & Audio!

I unfortunately brought my issue to this shop for it to be resolved, instead I was charged without getting any value for the money/time I spent. They did not specify what the problem was with my sound system nor did they provide a solution. When I confronted the person at the front, I was told they aren’t equipped to troubleshoot my problem. For those who are thinking about using this shop, you must be clear with them up front about cost and services because they are likely to not deliver any value and they will still charge you.
