This is the worst business I’ve ever shopped at in Thunder Bay. If I could give it 0 stars I would. The customer service is terrible the staff are extremely rude and the products are low quality and tasteless. I love to shop local and I took a chance shopping here and I fully regret it. Take your money elsewhere to a business that appreciates and deserves it.

Thank you so much for all the advice, patience and assistance during this renovation. Planning a renovation with 2 kids in tow is already a hassle but Justin made the while process such a breeze. He gave lots of great advice and made my multiple visits feel so easy and not like an inconvenience or like I couldn't make up my mind. He had a great eye for colors and because he's installed the products had great product knowledge that went beyond the product literature. Keep up the great work and amazing customer service.

Purchased a rug that was to going to be used in the kitchen. Unfortunately, it wasn’t a good fit and returned it the next day. Staff was incredibly unprofessional and rude. Refused to provide a refund. Wanted to support a local business, but I guess I will have to think twice next time. A very disheartening experience.

They have always gone above and beyond and beyond for me and my family. I highly recommend the store and the down to earth staff.
