What kinda trash company charges more money for products just because your not a memberSince they want to make is sound like they didn’t know this was going on here a pic

One morning my boyfriend and I went to this location and it was closed so he phoned and the male who was working answered and his reply was thay they were closed from 2-4 am everyday...i said in the back ground that i will be taking to headquarters about this and so he suddenly changed his story to oh there is a 7- eleven emergency...and i believe that there was a female employee sitting out in the front in her car. We go to this location every morning this was about a week ago....

Zero service. Went in, was ignored, walked out.

I went to fill up with gas at pump 8. I had 12km left of mileage and I put $10 in the tank. After I was done filling the tank, I went and started my car. No gas had been pumped. I went inside to try and sort this out. The guy even came out and looked at the mileage on my car which was 12km. He said he wouldn’t do anything for me. It was my last $10 and I had somewhere really important to be, so for him to deny me a refund so I could fill up at another one of his pumps was very rude and unprofessional. If I could give negative stars I would. I called them about 20 times the next day and it kept saying “user busy”. I called them the day after that and they said that they’ll give me a free $15 car wash, but they can’t give me a $7 refund for gas. This is because “nobody else has complained about the gas pump”. I went to the Tim Hortons in 7-eleven yesterday and they had a cone beside the pump to tell people not to use it. This is the worst customer service experience I’ve had in a long time and I will be completely avoiding this specific 7-eleven for a long time. You should to. The staff don’t know what they’re talking about, they’re unprofessional and they constantly talk on the phone with their friends/family while working and ignore you half of the time.

I came here on Christmas day to buy some pop which they said was on sale but by the time I got to the counter it wasn't . Then I returned to grab the one they said was on sale and returned again for them to tell me the sale was off. It ended minutes ago. Pretty disappointing walking back forth for there entrainment. Not sure how they can run a business like this.

Dirtiest store I've been in. Door and windows show how unsanitary it is. Disgusting. It was brought to their attention a year ago and its worst than ever. Not acceptable especially during a pandemic. Shame on you. Aug 27 2021.Already wrote this post once and it's gone. A month ago I noticed over a few days that they never cleaned the entrance door. I talked to one of the 3 staff at the counter and one told me they spray it. I told him that's not enough that it needs to be wiped down regularly. Especially with all that's going on. For the next couple weeks it never got cleaned. I won't be getting my coffee there any longer.Weeks later and the door is still so dirty.Your link just sent me to a questionnaire.

no one in the store and the door is close on 1am. the cashier leave alone，and leave a paper on the door said leaving an hour. But after an hour i saw the paper， they still no come back.

Customer service is not good at front 7 eleven, l am not looking staff any time with smile face.but I don’t care we just buy stuff.

I went to this place yesterday and gut name shivam was serving me. Seems like he is new to country and don't know what to do he was so rude and I said who is your manager he said not here. I called 4 times to this place and everyone seems to be manager in this location. Lol finally someone called name who barely speak English saying he is manager there for 7 years. Who is training his staff well and don't have no clue what he is talking he said by bc lay we should keep 30 dollars in till. And I said can u show me the law and he don't have answer. Why this people working there. Owner should contact me like to chat with.
