Staff are friendly, location has always been clean and tidy. Drinks are fresh and as ordered, I don't know what else you would expect from a coffeeshop.

If you get the lady she is fantastic but God forbid you get one of the guys. They seem to be too incompetent to sell coffee beans and grind it. Very frustrating as it is a simple task that all Second Cup locations offer.

Lighting and music set just right for a 7am Canadian cold winter morning. Barista Knowledgable and inviting. Store very clean, warm. Dark roast coffee amazing!!!

It was my first time trying a frappe from here. It actually tasted good. I ordered three different kinds - Frocho, Chai and Mocca. Highly recommend the Frocho Frappe. Staff was very friendly.

Very rude lady working at the window. They got my order wrong, blamed me (my passenger heard me say exactly what I wanted) and stared at me trying to make me buy it. Then they made me a new drink and it had coffee grounds in it. First time and last time going there. Also paid an arm and a leg to throw out a large drink. Never again!
