Paws en route - Pet Taxi, Relocation & Travel

I am so happy we used the services of Paws en Route. There services was very professional and since this was our first time transporting a pet, Paws en Route provided all the required info and kept us informed of all progress along the way. Even when the airline initially declined our pet on the day of travel (due to reasons unrelated to Paws en Route) the team made alternate arrangements for my pet and took excellent care of him until he could go on the flight. Thank you so much for taking such good care of my pet and our family is so happy to be reunited.

I had the best experience with Paws en Route for an airport cargo pick up for my german shepherd this week. The staff was really supportive and communicative when trying to book transportation - especially Cynthia who was really patient over the phone and took the time to explain everything and make me feel at ease, as this was a last minute booking. Although their phone lines are very busy, they always get back to you. But I must say, our driver, Paul was the real MVP! He was fantastic! So very kind, accommodating and helpful. Navigating Pearson airport and the cargo destination was really new to us and Paul gave us some additional guidance and really wanted to make sure we felt at ease. We also really enjoyed chatting with him. I will definitely be using Paws en route again! They truly care about your pet.

5 stars are not enough for this company! I interacted with Cynthia, who truly went above and beyond to meet the unique needs of my pet's rather challenging and urgent transport situation. Despite high levels of stress due to my dog's acute illness, Cynthia was so kind and made me feel calm. I would recommend this company without hesitation- many say they care, but Paws en Route truly does care, and they are all pet owners who understand that pets are beloved family members. Words are not enough to express my gratitude to this company and their wonderful representative. They are polite, compassionate, caring, and professional. I will 100% be recommending their service to everyone I know who may need it!

I have nothing but good things to say about this company. They were great to communicate with as my parents shipped my dog from Toronto to Newfoundland. Paul was amazing with my husky and I never once had any concern about his well being. He arrived happy and safe to Newfoundland where I picked him up. Thank you for making this experience so easy and amazing. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

I live in Brantford and needed help getting my dog to the Toronto Animal Eye Clinic. I contacted Paws En Route with very short notice (the day before as the arrangements I made to transport him fell through) and Aneta was wonderful. She put me in touch with Alex and Alex worked on it until she got a driver for me and kept me posted the whole time with her progress. Dean was great - he drove from Toronto to pick him up in Brantford, back to Toronto, waited for his surgery and then picked him up and brought him back to Brantford. I can't say enough about Paws en route - they went above and beyond when no one else does anymore and I am so grateful for their help. I don't know what I would have done without them. I won't hesitate to contact them again. They are professional and courteous, qualities that are so hard to find these days. Thank you!

Paws en route was a fantastic service for my dog!! She is a very nervous traveller and the team at Paws was very kind and sensitive to her needs. She was picked up and transported to the airport when scheduled. I would highly recommend this service and I will defiantly use them again in the future.

I've recently started using this service after a horrible experience with Uber Pet. I've been using them to get my dog to and from his chemo appointments, and they've been so amazing! All the drivers I've had are clearly dog lovers. They are always on time and communication is great.Today my driver was Niya. There were a few mix ups with my dogs appointments so I had to change things around kind of last minute with his rides. She was so helpful, responsive, and accommodating. She really made a stressful situation so much better with her great customer service and positive attitude!!I highly recommend this company!

I used the services of Paws en Route in December 2022 through my work at Make a Wish Foundation. We were flying a puppy from Saskatoon to Montreal for a little girl waiting to adopt her pet. The process was easy, professional and Leigh (coordinator who took care of the booking) was so helpful and sweet! She answered my multiple questions promptly and she was my true right-hand accomplice throughout the whole process in making this child's wish come true! The dog was well taken care of (they let him out of the crate for short walks, fed him, etc. If I ever need this kind of service again in the future, I will 100% go with Paws en Route. We migrated to Canada recently leaving our furry family member behind in the intention of bringing her at a later date once settled in as new immigrants in the Country.We reached out to Paws enroute on the domestic travel as the international travel was managed by another agent in the exporting Country.Paws en route had been our guiding light throughout the process. A team of well experienced professionals that are well conversant in managing documentation meeting all regulation and especially ensuring the safety and wellbeing of the pet.Something that truly touched me was that, Paws enroute never addresses your pet as a cat or dog or a pet. They always address them by their name that was adding the personal touch of treating as their own.I would highly recommend Paws en route for your pet travel as they treat them as their own family member during the whole process.

Taking 5 pets across Canada is not an easy feat! So I tried with paws en route. It was a great decision, so worth it! Devann did all the annoying paper work and bookings. All I had to do is show up! She was great. I highly recommend their services. Good luck!
