NOVUS Glass North Shore

Armin and Gladwin are very friendly, helpful, and professional. I got a big rock chip on my windshield and tried to get it repaired ASAP before the cracks expanding. Other glass shops booked the repair two days after. I explained my concerns to Armin, and he was able to help to repair the rock chip professionally and timing. I highly recommend their shop and services.

I had to get my windshield replaced due to a rock chip and Novus glass was amazing to work with. They called me right away when I submitted my insurance claim to book an appointment and got me in quickly. They were efficient with their appointment and the staff was very helpful and friendly.Would highly recommend!

I needed an emergency windshield replacement. I called the two glass companies most people call first. Both of them told me I had to bring my vehicle in for an assessment, following that they could get my windshield ordered and replaced in a day or 2.I called Novus, I was asked to email pics of my broken windshield. A couple of minutes later and they called me back and said come right in, they've ordered a replacement. I dropped of my vehicle a half hour later. They drove me home and offered to pick me up when the job was done. It only took 90 minutes!Coincidently, I had an appt to take my other vehicle in to replace the windshield that day at one of the other glass companies. I told Novus since, I've already had work done, can I make an appointment to get that one replaced too. They said drive it down, we can do it right now. I cancelled my previous appointment with the other guys and had it done by Novus.I had 2 windshields replaced within 4 hours! Armin, Kevin, and Gladwin were awesome. They were friendly and professional.Novus is now my go to if I have any glass issues.

I highly recommend this location for any of your auto glass needs. Armin was extremely pleasant to deal with and was able to order and replace my window within the same day. The claim was processed directly through ICBC and was the best experience I have had with any auto service. Their staff go above and beyond and even vacuumed the inside of my vehicle and cleaned up all of the glass from having the window smashed.

Best value and service on the North Shore!Unlike other shops I called, they were quick to give me a quote over the phone, which was the best quote I received in North Vancouver! They were able to schedule me in for the next day and my windshield was changed within a couple hours. I received great value and service here and I would absolutely recommend going to NOVUS for a windshield replacement!

First time using Novus and I highly recommend them over other windshield replacement places on the North Shore for a few reasons. 1) Waited a day vs many days to get in 2) ICBC certified shop 3) Easy parking 4) Very professional staff. Hopefully I will not be back... but if I need more glass work, I prefer this over Speed etc.

Excellent! Everything was smooth and easy. Replaced my Honda Odyssey windshield within 3 hours and covered by ICBC. The owner is really helpful and friendly, clean environment and convenient location for north shore residents. Highly recommended this store.
