Josh was contacted the same day after my elderly father fell down our front steps. Josh arrived within an hour or two of my husband's email inquiry.Josh was friendly, took all the necessary measurements and had a quote to us shortly either later that day or within the following days.The job it self was installed about a month later, I get it, Josh is a busy guy. The install started late afternoon. It was Josh and one other installer. They were neat, efficient and pleasant to deal with.Highly recommend. The railings are sturdy and match the existing front porch railings.Very happy with the entire experience!!!I highly recommend Josh and his company!!!
