Dandelion Midwifery

Michele is hands down the best midwife in Victoria. She delivered both my babies, one in hospital and one at home. She is like family, so sweet and supportive. She KNOWS her stuff, she educates you and gives you control of your birth but also is there for guidance and answers literally any questions. She clearly LOVES what she does. I actually left another midwife with my first baby to go to Michele due to negligent care with the other one. Michele went above and beyond. XOXOXO Could not rave enough about Dandelion Midwifery.

I’ve had Joanna as my midwife twice, she’s absolutely amazing and I would recommend her every time. She’s very professional and supportive, and has been an amazing advocate throughout my pregnancy, labour and postpartum. Not only is she a great midwife but she is a very caring and great person in general.My family and I definitely recommend her!

Michele is amazing, hands down. She was my midwife for all 3 of my kids, and I can't imagine anyone else being there for each pregnancy journey. Her level of care and expertise is top notch, and her laid back approach makes you feel like family. Expecting mamas; if you are looking for a caring, knowledgeable, and all-around lovely midwife, I would 100% recommend Michele.

Joanna Is awful she’s completely into her job just for a paycheck. She even told me I’ll fall and kill my baby and is completely unprofessional. She also called social services for no reason because she wasn’t going to have me as a client long enough to be paid and she’s definitely contributing to the birth trauma epidemic. Even doesn’t believe in informed consent and will force things on you. She’s very immature and uneducated. If you’re looking for a real caring midwife look elsewhere. She even didn’t inform us of a birthing center and laughed at me for wanting another midwife or provider saying I didn’t deserve the natural home birth I wanted and labeled me high risk when I am low risk. The only reason I went for a midwife was to have the birth opportunity I wanted she’s definitely a medwife not a midwife.

I had Joanna as a midwife and she is FABULOUS. She's so supportive, caring and knowledgeable. I could write all day about how fantastic she is, and how much of a different experience of a birth this second one was vs. My first whom I had a doctor for. Hands down, 5 star rating. Dandelion Modwifrey is a warm and welcoming environment, and all midwives there are so friendly. Joanna is truly amazing at what she does!

Joanna was the best midwife I could've asked for! I was initially hesitant on going the midwife route but I'm SO glad I did. The level of care and education I've received has been amazing - I've never felt so supported with a healthcare professional before. I'm so happy Joanna was able to deliver our son earlier this month, which was honestly an incredible and empowering experience. I felt way more at ease with her there compared to being just a patient with a number in a hospital. Thank you so much for everything!! ❤️
