Sand & Stone Jewelry

Very disappointed in the service. Received a defective product and paid shipping to send it back for a new item. That product was also defective so paid additional shipping to send it back again and requested a full refund. Kim received the second box on Feb 24th. Not only has she ignored my texts but she hasn't refunded the $60+ in shipping costs, nor for the product itself ($65 plus tax). She had time to comment on her Facebook posts though. I had to contact PayPal before I heard back. I still lost out on the original shipping and won't be supporting this business again.

I have gotten many pieces from Kim over the years. I have ordered items off the website, pieces featured on Social media that I fell in love with, I have placed custom orders, gotten clothing, hats and a few times I just told Kim an idea of what I had in mind and she brought the vision to life.Each time I receive an order I am blown away with how much love and detail goes into every item. The packages and sweet notes are the besttttI have given her items as gifts and received them as gifts myself. I wear something sand and stone everyday.I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Sand and Stone and I love supporting a business that continuously gives back to her community and customers. She does so in a way that is the most genuine and sincere. And I just love following her on social ❤️

Hand made jewelry! Now that on its own is incredible! Now if you look on her page you will see this company is so much more than truly quality jewelry. It is a local business that pours back into the community. Kim is incredibly generous, donating so many gorgeous sets for events, and community giveaways. She supports other local artists and is so personable and kind. I believe her jewelry is worth every cent and makes for the most gorgeous gifts!!
