If I could give them zero stars, I would. Seemed like a fantastic company when the initial quote for our job was given but they were nothing but a disappointment. Cancelled appointments without rescheduling. Phone calls not returned. Lack.of professionalism at every step of the way, specifically by the person in charge of scheduling. Our project was delayed by a week because of this company. Did not end up using their services because of their downright inappropriate behaviour in dealing with us. I would be wary before hiring.

Jarvis is working on my neighbours house, the whole street smells so bad we can’t even open our windows. They keep their truck running all day, and you can actually SEE how dirty it makes the air. Everyone on the street is remarking how poor the air quality is. It’s as if Jarvis doesn’t know, or doesn’t care, that we are in the middle of a climate change crisis. I’m horrified to think that they do this every day polluting the air in different neighbourhoods in the region. Please do better!

A very profession spray foam application. Darryl took time to explain what his plan was, protect the various surfaces with plastic, cleaned up nicely and showed his work when done. I would recommend this company.

Having problems with spray foam installed under the roof by Jarvis. Tests show volatile organic compounds being released in the attic space when heated by the sun. Company is unwilling to stand behind their product.

Not pleased with their service. Left bits of insulation all over house. When questioned about it they stated they don't clean up after themselves and they won't use a shop vac because they could damage something and don't want to be liable (from the owner himself). Workers on site were questioned on how they locate the rafter insulation baffles, they stated wherever we see light" - which may mean they are not over vented soffits like they are supposed to be. Invoice states immediate payment on completion of work. Doesn't give much of an opportunity to check their work after they are done.Would not recommend this company."

I called Jarvis and they came out and quoted the work. They communicated when the job had to be delayed due to COVID and promptly rebooked when they could. They were true professionals, there was little to no mess to clean after they left. I will call them again when were ready to do our basement!!
