Best staff excellent manager. Awesome experience. Very well placed employees. Helpful friendly by far. The Store personnel were very accommodating and knowledgeable. One employee even assisted and accommodated my birds needs for food after work due to my birds food needs as I was immobile in the stores parking lot with my truck

Well stocked and organized. It's a fair size and things are easy to find. Not overly busy but tills are poorly placed along with customer service counter.

I recently visited Canadian Tire and was impressed with the friendly and helpful staff. However, I was disappointed when one of the items I bought broke after only two uses. When I returned it less than a week later, I was only able to get an in-store credit.

Head office doesn't care if you have a complaint will not shop there anymore because of not even following own standards feel for the good staff that work there..but don't buy unless I have to be desperate.i would say bout a battery charger didn't even last a year @80 plus bucks not easy cash to just loose

The foreman Manny was an absolute beauty to deal with. He knew exactly what he was talking about and went over everything that needed to be done to the car and showed me while telling me what needed attention right away and what could wait. Would recommend him to everyone. Beautiful man he is.

If I could I'd give this store a zero I would!!! Worst experience ever!! I was assured that they had a gazebo I wanted so I drove an hour from out of town in to pick it up. Got misdirected all over the store by other associates before someone finally told me it was in the warehouse and I had to pay first then go to the customer pickup to get it. Then after making me wait 20 minutes, they finally tell me that even though their computer says they have 3 in stock no one can find these gazebos anywhere. So then I'm told I have to go back into the store and get a refund. I asked to speak to the manager and of course he was unavailable. I will never shop at this store again. If their computer inventory is that off then why even bother having it??

Had interactions with 3 employees today at this location. Lady at return desk… super rude and not friendly… as well as the man in the auto department who I asked for help from. So, this 5 stars is actually for Janvi who was working checkout. She was the first employee who was smiling and said she loved her job! Every business needs a Janvi! Thanks for the awesome customer service and big smile!
