DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY.... ITS OBVIOUS WHY THEIR REVIEWS ARE SO BAD....I booked an appointment for my elder dad to receive his COVID booster... (This pharmacy takes people by APPOINTMENT ONLY)(5100 RUTHERFORD to be clear) So you would think that they are at least organized.... BIG MISTAKE... my poor elder dad drove all the way there on his appointment day and time (under a snow storm) to be told by the person at the pharmacy that THERE IS NO ONE TO DO THE INJECTIONS TODAY" they justified the lack of accountability and responsibility by saying "PROBABLY THE PAGE STAYED OPEN THATS WHY YOU WERE ABLE TO BOOK THE APPOINTMENT". Knowing that most of people getting the COVID booster are elders this is completely unacceptable and demonstrates the lack respect for their clients.To make matters worse

I came in here today around 7 first off the Indian lady at the beauty boutique should be fired. She is not knowledgeable about any products. Also this place is under renovation and the post office is closed for a month. This location should just close down its dirty and the staff needs proper training.

One of those full served shoppers drug mart has Fresh grocery options, Canada Post, beauty boutique, pharmacy and Retail convenience items also Passport pictures, presto reloads and lotto as well.Ample parking space in plaza. Family Kids FriendlyWheelchair Accessible normal wait times and faster Self checkouts available.

Straight up, if the younger, small blonde girl is working the desk at the pharmacy - your prescription is getting messed up. Can never seem to put orders in accurately and properly.Every time I go to this pharmacy, I feel like I’m going to have an experience like the character “Mr. Gower” in the movie It’s a Wonderful Life (1947) who haphazardly put poison in the pills for a customer. Luckily he had a nice young man named George Bailey by his side to show him the error of his ways. I do not feel as though there are enough George Baileys behind the counter of this pharmacy.If you would like to have a more “wonderful life”, go to a different (and independent) pharmacy if you do not need your meds right away.

If I could give a zero I would! The worst pharmacy I’ve ever witnessed in all of SDM! They don’t ever answer the phones in pharmacy and are completely under staffed behind the counters! It shouldn’t take an hour each time a medication needs to be filled! And whenever my doctor sends a prescription it never get filled unless I call or show up and still waiting over an hour, if not days!!! How are you still in business?! If there is an ombudsman of some sort it will be filed, as this is people’s lives you’re messing with! My mother who suffered and passed from cancer had to deal with this terrible service! Horrible!

This location continues to be the worst in Woodbridge. Empty shelves, dirty floors phone calls go on answered, no texts received when prescription is ready. Unfriendly staff, terrible customer service and just filthy inside and out. If SDM cares anything about their brand they need to definitely change operators….no star’s rating for me.

Went to this pharmacy to get a prescription filled. After waiting for 10 minutes for someone to even acknowledge me. The girl working told me the “ pharmacist” / guy in the back on his phone didn’t feel like coming over to me to help me.I then decided to go to the shoppers on Weston/Rutherford road and they helped me right away and got my prescription filled within 10 minutes.

Just had to give the pharmacy a call because of an error that was made by my dental office. After waiting on hold for quite a while, the pharmacist answered and when I explained what happened she yelled at me (I guess she assumed I was from the dentist & not the actual patient) and then hung up on me. I don’t know if the issue was actually resolved because she hung up without confirming & Im not calling back to wait on hold again

Dropped off a prescription and was told that there was a 3 hour delay for pick up. This was a 4:10PM. So I confirmed to her that I would be back just after 7:00PM. She replied no 8PM. I said that is 4 hours! Well, she replied we can’t guarantee your medication before then, and if I did not like it I could take my prescription elsewhere!! So, I did! I drove to Fortino’s close by and picked up my medication in 15 minutes!!!!!! Shocking service Shoppers Drug Mart Pharmacy! You won’t see me there again and I hope others follow suit
