Skypark Airport Parking
My experience was OK. It was easy to book online. The location is a bit far from the airport, about 15 minutes away. It's in an open field with no lines, so the parking situation is a total disorganized mess. I would prefer lines so nobody parks too close and dents my car. The shuttle service is bad. They are really slow, you need at least 30 minutes to drop your car and get to the airport. When leaving the airport, they drove by me and I had to wait for a second shuttle. It had multiple warning lights on the dashboard and didn't seem to drive well.

I've parked the car here a few times without issue. The cars are jammed in but I've never had an issue. On our last trip we booked the car in for a week on their web site. All was good. We arrived and were told the lot was full, even though we booked in. Many cars in front of us in line having the same experience. The attendant seemed just as frustrated as we were but couldn't help. We scrambled and ended up at park 'n fly. It was a bit more money but service was great. Just a heads up. If you are booked in, give yourself time just in case you have find another spot.

Skypark Airport Parking
I have been using skypark for years with wonderful results, but never the airport road location. I was sent a coupon for valet parking, but when I arrived, the lot looked like a junkyard and was told there was no valet parking. Liars. Upon arriving back after 2 weeks No one was answering the phone. Finally on 3rd attempt I was able to order the pickup. Took forever, it was extremely cold. Got to lot and my car was covered with 7 inches of ice. Took15 minutes to clear it with no gloves on and a light jacket. I am so disappointed. Never again

Choose any other company other then this. After waiting more than half hour last night with my two year old in terminal 3 and calling them 4 times for a pick up, the rude driver shows up with an attitude and tells me this is free shuttle, you have to wait and not complain!!!They only had me to pick up so I guess they though why give a shuttle service for only one family.The operators and staff have no clue what service is and only benefit from the monopoly and shortage of parking options.Haven’t tried park’n fly to comment but while I was waiting for my shuttle they had a car pull-up every 30 seconds.

Skypark Airport Parking
This used to be our go-to place but unfortunately I'll never use them again. We recently made a reservation however when we arrived we were told that the lot is full and we couldn't park there. I asked what the point of the reservation was and the employee responded that they can cancel at any time without notice. She then suggested I park up the street with Park 'n Fly which I ended up doing. Thanks, I guess?

February 3 2023Booked on line night before, valet parking, got confirmation number and everything, arrives at site on Airport road Friday morning 5 am, only office to be seen was a small kiosk, with 1 person in it. Was informed that valet parking has been closed for some time now, oh and by the way the parking lot is full. only option was to double park on their lot and leave my keys. it worked out, but the web site with pictures of an office is absolutely not true. Shame on you Skypark, I have used you for years, you should not mislead your customers.

After making a reservation a month before my trip, I arrived at the new location for valet parking only to be told they THEY HAD NO ROOM AVAILABLE - SORRY! There was no warning, alert or responsibility taken. I was recommended another lot that ended up costing me $180 for the 5 days I was away. Like others have posted here, I never had an issue at the old location - had used them for YEARS before Covid. Never again. I'll be taking taxis/users now. Who can gamble on the fact that there may or may not be room?!?!

This service has gone downhill! We paid for last which is supposed to mean when you are picked up at the airport your car is warming. Not now! They have so many cars jammed into the lot and there is no warming your car anymore even though we paid for valet. The shuttle took a long time picking us up and the driver drove so fast that suitcases were falling and moving from one side to the other in the back. So disappointed that this company has lost its great service.

Skypark Airport Parking
This is a nice convenient place to park your vehicle prior to travelling. They offer competitive rates. You pay on arrival. They offer you a shuttle to the terminal. Once you arrive you can call them and request the shuttle to bring you back to the lot to retrieve your vehicle. You have to be patient as they will not come right away. DO NOT PARK HERE!!!!!!I parked here and came back to scratches on my car.I made a reservation and got a confirmation but when I got to the parking I was told it is full. The only way to park is to give the key to the attendant. There was no choice for me, so I left the key and upon my return there were scratches on my car and the side mirror. Very obvious some tried to park carelessly.The attendant was not helpful and I sent email to the company but no reply.This is a scam. I will contact Better Business Bureau or any who can take care of this.
