The arrows pointing in specific directions on the isles ( for COVID 19 ) often do more to ensure that you WILL come too close to others then it does to keep you distant from others. Also,since restocking is done during business hours and because isles are very narrow,you can find yourself having to get vary close to employees and other customers alike. The arrows on the floor seem logical but it would be far better to let people choose thire rout through the store so as to have more flexibility to avoid others
