Border Glass & Aluminum

Whoever was driving their truck today should remember that their company name is on the side. They cut me off and slowed down twice on purpose to show that they were tough. When I tried to go around they would speed up. Childish behaviour.

No matter what time or when I call Border Glass is here to help me with my business. Great service, Great Prices. We had someone break our front window in the front showroom. Very disappointed with this company the work that was done is falling apart and they absolutely will not return calls to try and fix the problem even though I said we would pay for it to be done! This problem had been going on for 4 years now and now I'm stuck trying to find someone to fix their mess!

After a break-in, our front aluminum and glass door was destroyed. We called Border Glass and they came out within the hour to fix it. We had to ask that he come back in a few hours until the police had finished fingerprinting. When he came back, the police had still not fingerprinted the door, so we asked that he came back again, which he did. Happily. As soon as the police had finished, Border Glass started the door replacement, swept up the shattered glass, and even helped clean up the black fingerprint dust. Outstanding professionalism and customer service. Today we got the invoice which was one third of what I expected it would cost. Absolutely great! The cheques in the mail guys, thank you very much!
