The worst experience ever. All the stress of immigration then ended up with such unprofessional representation. Missed documents, wrong documents, not filing submissions on time, poor communication, rude staff, liars, beyond unprofessional. Makes me sick how much you pay and get no service in return. I did most work myself. They all should be ashamed of themselves!!!

Do not use for immigration consultation. I paid $150 to listen 20 minutes long, Why and How can't I apply for permanent residentship. I don't know what is their deal. I am 35 years old, they said you are old to apply for PR. My consultation result was, don't apply for PR. :) I paid $150 to listen that, unbelievable.

He has been helping me for the past 10 years with all my legal work and now Mia is the one helping us and I couldn't tell you how helpful she has been. Thank you

Racist!! I am an engineer who works for a Canadian company. They said its impossible for me to get a permanent residentship. It is just racist. They want only Chinese in Canada.

Michael promised to represent us personally in the court. That was our condition before hiring him. After we hired him, he lied and denied that he promised. I was under the impression that his staff are rude and unprofessional without his knowledge. I got to know after, they are just learning that from him.It is very hard to get in touch with them as they don't usually reply to emails. They cancelled my phone appiontment with Michael without informing me. When i called at the appointment time, they told me it's cacelled. One of the receptionists, Mais refused to tell me her name over the phone, refused to rebook me as she thought it's not necessary, refused to transfer me to someone else, and she hung up on me. I told Michael of what happened. He defended the actions of his employee instead of coaching her and he even went to the extent of accusing me of intimidation! Intimidation could be used by a lawyer who has his staff rating him 5 stars in here.. Gladly, we stopped business with him. Don't waste your time and money with this lawyer.

He's al staff is most kind , empathetic ,olso under allot of pressure and I don't understand how all of them ,can go home and proper supper for kids and do home chores after load of nerves and things of patients who deserved to be areas around with another doctors ,who they missing becouse political Ford's and Trudos ,CORUPTION in medicine and health

Michael Loebach and his team handled the immigration case for myself and my family very professionally and made sure that we were informed every step of the process. Highly recommend their services.

I respect the experience of Michael Loebach, he is really very professional, but some of his staff is unprofessional and not helpful, I advice him to do customer feedback to improve this area, as I’m disappointed from some of his staff.
