When asking for an exchange of an unopened product that I purchased from this store a couple days ago for a different product, I was falsely accused of gluing the bottom to make the box appear unopened, despite all the stickers being intact. The salesperson would not give my previously purchased product back until about the third time asking to either return it or reimburse me for my sale. Eventually he returned it and I made a purchase for the product that I wanted. Even if it was unintentionally disrespectful, I am deeply offended that my character was questioned, especially because I was a repeated customer and am not very knowledge about the products.

This was the first Vape shop I started going to back when I first started vaping (they were located in Dundas and Richmond back then) I find their service was always great and were always super helpful in assisting me find new mods that stored my needs. Their juice selection has always been vast and they were so patient making sure I left with a juice I would love! Clean store and friendly staff with excellent prices… always highly recommended!

Love this place! It’s great and my go to for anything vape related. Staff is always super friendly, everything is always in stock, if you aren’t sure what to get they give you recommendations based on what you want and what would fit that criteria. Love it!
