If I could, I would rate a zero. I understand the protocols when I called back in June 2020 about a backlog, due to Covid. I called again in October 2020, still the same message about backlog, and the patients that had been cancelled had 1/st priority. Left another message, asking to be seen, as my cataracts were getting worse. Again, no return call. After talking to a friend about this blatant disregard in a patient asking for an appointment, twice, with no response, went elsewhere. Saw that Optician the end of February, saw the specialist the beginning of April, and had both eyes done the beginning of May. If I had still waited for this office to book an appointment, I would be almost blind, by now. Thanks for nothing.

Dr Lianne ArchambeaultVery upsetting to say the least. My whole family have been patients for a very long time. First of all my husband lost his vision many years ago because she did not pick up that he had a retinal detachment. Well we forgave her for that because we are all human and we all make mistakes, even doctors.Then when Covid hit. No phone call and put on a waiting list for years. I still have not received a phone call! I have called and was told very rudely your on the waiting list. If they are not seeing patients why don't they just call and tell us to see someone who is practicing. In the mean time my husband had a retinal tear in his other eye that he did not know he had that was picked up by a lovely optometrist in LaSalle. If he would have waited he may have lost his vision in his other eye. Let alone his livelihood. My Goodness where is the caring, professional staff. Seriously so very upset. My whole family are NEVER going there again!

Dr Acanne and staff are truly exceptional at what they do. They are knowledgeable and efficient. I was recently diagnosed with shingles in my eye and they made all the appropriate steps to ensure I was seen by an eye specialist for proper treatment. And, also continued to follow up with me on a weekly basis to ensure I was doing well. The secretaries are amazing and competent. If you are in need of an eye doctor I highly recommend either Acanne for wonderful treatment.

Dr Liane Archembeault...I was a patient for many, many years...until covid. Since this Dr is not seeing patients, I had to go elsewhere. My new Dr found a mass in my eye...I called Dr Archembeault to confirm and inquire and she couldn’t even call me back. Turns out I had this growth since birth and this Dr never even noticed it...not impressed and will not recommend her. Also her reception staff was rude and short on the phone when I called.

Do NOT go here. The office staff have been extremely rude and sound irritated from the moment you call. Plus, it it takes forever to get an appt. Dr. Archembault seems fine, but good luck getting through her awful staff!

What a fantastic place to go to! I would rather wait for the best then go to the rest!! I called and left a message, had my call returned and am waiting for my appointment! Best place, best price

I have been going there for years and always had a great experience. But this it was horrible. I called in February to make and appointment I was told I would be put on a waiting list. Well I waited. The end of May came and I still had heard nothing. So I called again. No one ever answers you have to leave a message. I waited two days and no response so I called again. Left a message. Finally someone called me back. They tried to tell me that I they returned my call from the other day. Well my cell phone records all in coming numbers and I never got a call. That aside I was still told I was on the waiting list and they had no idea how long I would have to wait. Last straw. So I call another Eye Doctor and was given an appointment for this coming Monday.
