I was given a completely free bag of dog food for my pups since one of the brands they usually carry was in transition. She (I’m assuming the owner) gave me a recommendation on a new, local, and cheaper brand. She also talked about the consistency of my dogs bowel movements for 5 minutes to help me find the right food for them. Always a positive experience every time I visit, and my pups are always pleased with the result, it’s a lovely little dog shop!

Amazing staff that are very helpful, they are willing to order in what you need which is amazing, and they have pretty much everything in store. It is a one stop shop for me and my pet supplies! By far my favourite place in town.

Amazing store with great products for your cat or dog. I am writing this review to thank the employee my husband and I talked to on December 31 around 3:00 PM - thank you for your wonderful service. You were so helpful and friendly, and you went above and beyond to answer all of our questions about raw dog food. We are from Saskatoon and would highly prefer to visit this location, rather than the Bone and Biscuit in Saskatoon. I would highly recommend this pet store location for high quality products and service.

What a great place! Bought great stuff for my dog! He turned one and I’ve looked for a dog cake and find that awesome store! They have everything! From high quality pet games to food, I found dog beautiful cookies and meat cupcakes. They have snacks and clothes. They have snacks that you can shear with your pet! Free parking lot out side. And the staff are awesome, so friendly and helpful! I will be back for sure.

I have been to this store for past 6 months and I can’t stop myself from coming back here. My dog is a picky eater and they helped me find the perfect food for him. They have most amazing stuff for my fur baby and their customer service super amazing. Definitely would recommend visiting this place for your pet.

Ever since I first went to Bone and Biscuit I have enjoyed it! Rather healthy alternatives to other pet stores, and the employees make you feel like friends or family, often remembering you from past occasions or ordering extra of an item if you are planning on buying up the stock. Love this place!
