I think one particular front desk lady must own the clinic or has major stakes. Pleasant talk every time.

Dr Justina Sam is kind, professional and very experienced. She listened and was very thorough. The front desk staff - try not to take it personally, but they could use better customer service skills. Grateful for all of them - for their service during stressful times. Thanks

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! SUPER FRUSTRATING experience with this clinic! Expect you wait for another 30-70mins even if you arrive on time for you reservation!!!!! The clerk just said it is NORMAL TO WAIT THIS LONG!!!!!!

I had a very positive experience at ProHealth Clinic. I was able to get an appointment in a timely manner, and found the doctor to be very thorough and caring. The clinic was efficiently run and the staff were friendly. Lots of parking spots in the back of the building.

Vivian at the front desk really should find a new job! Based on the reviews, the front desk seems to be an issue at this place. I think that most of the complaints stem from her because Linda, the office manager, was quite polite when I called back after Vivian hung up the phone on me after I told her that her phone etiquette could use some improvement! Her overall tone was condescending and rude...not something that one would expect in any business, not to mention a professional Doctor's office. If any of the Doctors are reading this, the first point of patient contact is Vivian...if you value your patients and business, get rid of her and put her out of her misery. Customer service is not meant for everyone, especially someone so bitter!

This is a totally irresponsible and disrespectful clinic. Our first appointment was supposed to be one month ago at 8:45 am( I put a note in my phone calendar) but got a call two days before that day, saying my appointment was at 3 pm. I initially thought I made mistakes for the time and asked front desk for rescheduling. The next available was at 3pm almost one month later and I made a note on a sticker after double checked the details with front desk. I can’t believe same thing happened to me again three days before the appointment date and the excuse was the same(you made mistakes with your date). The time had changed to 12:45. After I shared my note with front desk, she finally admitted that the doctor will leave at 1:45pm that day.How could you put your patient in a such desperate situation ?

The older Chinese reception is horrible, rude, disrespectful and have zero manner. I wonder how does the doctor there feels when there are many complaints toward their staff

I had a colonoscopy this with Dr. Justina Sam. She made me feel relaxed and kept me informed at every stage and took care of me until I am done and left, she is very patient and explained everything thoroughly. So pleased with her services.

Dr. Sam is very nice but the front desk is horrible! The secretary was super rude when she called to inform us that she postponed our appointment to 1 month later. When we asked the secretary for her name, she refused and hung up on us. Dr. Sam is wonderful and we wish to continue to be her patient but the front desk really needs to change!

Thanks a lot to Dr. Yuanhang Sun for being the best doctor for me especially when I’m very sick with my asthma,allergies and whenever I’m very sick and my family he always cure me and my family.
