My dog and I love this store!!! Amazing staff, super friendly and knowledgeable. They have such a great selection of food, treats, toys and accessories. They also have a grooming service so your dog can look his best! Thank you Mario and your team for making us feel at home every time!

Bought a bag of dog food at store, one month later, accidentally we found the bag was broken and they tried to tape it. This is so unacceptable, the food inside could’ve been turned.—————————————————To answer the owner -Perhaps you should spend more time on making sure your product has less defects. NOT SELLING THEM WITH PATCHES.Again, we found the hole 1 month after we bought the food, and if we brought it to you for a return, I would expect you reckon me as a liar.

They quoted me 3 different prices for grooming when I called, when I dropped the dog and when I paid. Ended up paying 90$ for grooming. I got a strong impression that the price was based on what they thought I was willing to pay. Never again.re: You seem to imply I gave the incorrect weight on the phone... I didn't. I asked for the price again, in person, with the dog when I showed up. Agreed to that price but was still up-charged again when I picked up the dog. I asked if you could honor the price quoted when I dropped the dog (in line with consumer laws...) and the clerk refused. I paid and left.

I was very happy when found out we finally have a pet store close to our home. The store is very nice, the products are of a good quality and I'd definitely rate the store at 5*. However, we decided to try the grooming service for our westie. The result you can see in the photos i made right after. Just imagine how dog feels during this winter. It happened in December and the fur/skin are not recovered yet. I'd rate the grooming service at 1*. Don't make the same mistake as I did, and always ask for the portfolio. There are two groomers working there so I can not rate for the second one. Overall, i rate it at 3*.

Do not buy your food at this store. I found mold and I came back the next morning to request a refund. The manager was not here but an employee was. He refused to even talk to me and refund the cost of the food. He made it seem as though I was lying. I kept asking to speak to him and his employee said he refused. I AM ASTONISHED. I cannot believe the disrespect, the lack of care. No apology was ever given. No concern about the safety of my dog.* This is a modification. I never refused to give the food back. You left your poor employee to tell deal with the situation, making her read your text messages instead of simply having a conversation... I've rarely seen such a low level of customer care!
