I've used MDM several times (AC replacement, furnace repairs) over the years and Michael is always professional, fair and provides the best service I've had to date. He recently replaced the boiler system in our house and I can't praise him and his team enough for their work and quick turnaround.I highly recommend MDM for any mechanical work.

MDM Mechanical replaced my old floor mounted boiler and water tank to a new high efficiency wall hung boiler system. Dealing with MDM was a treat they had amazing service and the price was extremely fair! I would recommend them to anyone who’s in the market for a new boiler or water heater.Dealing with Michael directly he had the utmost professionalism and was a stand up guy. Will go to MDM for all my future HVAC needs for sure.

MDM Mechanical replaced my old cast iron boiler that was emitting large amounts of carbon monoxide.Michael clearly explained all of the options for us.Clean the heat exchanger and change the burners (which wasn't a guarantee)Or replace the boiler with a new high efficiency unit.Since we planned on living in the house for another 10-15 years it made sense to just get it replaced.Not only does the new system work great, it looks like it belongs in a magazine. The work they do is top notch.If you're in the market for a new boiler or water heater, don't waste your time shopping around and call them directly.

I am not usually the type to leave reviews and MDM Mechanical didn't pay me either. I owe it to their quality work that my property has heat again. Michael is the owner and operator of MDM. He and his business partner- Cole works! They are one of a kind contractor in the industry: pick up the calls, text you back, competitive pricing, punctual, show up, work hard, clean up, honest, and understanding. That alone would beat 90% of the contractors out there.I had a broiler that broke on me Saturday, called 3 different companies in Hamilton (some bigger guys, some smaller) and none of them returned my messages/calls/voicemails. Out of desperation, I started looking online and found Michael with 5 stars reviews (90- 5 stars at the time of writing) on google. I am usually hesitant when I see only perfect reviews but I UNDERSTAND WHY after I hired him.I called him on Monday, he came on the same day to diagnose/fix the problem but the heating system had several problems that would make it impractical to fix. He gave me quotes for replacement the SAME day, answered my questions late at night, etc.He started work immediately even without a deposit and finished replacing the broiler in 2 days (THE SAME WEEK). He was also very understanding and gave me some grace period to pay. You can tell from the pictures the quality of his work.-pipes are organized systemically-extra touch and effort in making a faux wall to hang the broiler-his business associate or him don't smoke, litter, etc.-left the 'engine room' cleaner than he found itI absolutely recommend MDM & Michael and his team. Thank-you for being a business of great integrity.

We had new drains installed for a shower and laundry in the basement of our century home. Michael quoted the best price and delivered the job in the time promised and at the quoted price. The service was professional and friendly. And absolutely great experience. Thanks Michael!

I used MDM at my home a couple of years ago to replace our pooched furnace. Mike was on time, professional and provided the services discussed without issue. I was very happy with MDM. So happy, that a few weeks ago when my parents furnace died, I asked Mike to take a look and he ended up doing the job there too! Very reliable service provider and good work. 2 thumbs up!

We got an old boiler system and hot water tank replaced by MDM Mechanical. Michael came to the house to look at the old system, answered our questions, and provided a detailed quote that directly matched our needs.This was not a simple project and Michael and team delivered on budget and on time, while answering any questions that came up throughout the process.Not only does our new boiler system look great (Michael placed it in a great location in the basement and replaced old pipes to give us additional head room) but Michael was also able to get an old radiator in the bathroom working again.Would highly recommend Michael and team for heating system replacement and installation and look forward to working with them in the future.

Nothing ever stops working when it's convenient. On January 30, 2023, my combination boiler/tankless hot water system quit in the middle of the night and we woke to a cold house. I called MDM Mechanical. Mike, the owner and operator of the company answered the phone himself and although he had several booked appointments, he said he would fit me in. He arrived at my house within a couple of hours, quickly diagnosed the problem and had the furnace working good as new within twenty minutes. The low cost of the repair was a pleasant surprise and there was no Covid surcharge" or "emergency visit fee" tacked onto it. Mike is a rare find: honest
