As a first-time car leaser, but a long-time finance dork, I wanted to understand everything. They took the time to explain everything. The process was transparent and rather than make you feel like every other financial institution that seems all about checking boxes, they were relationship-driven – a lost art! It was so amazingly easy, seamless and professional! Hmm, what will my next lease be ….

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I sent an email regarding about one of their employee and the manager contacted me and made things worse. I don’t understand why reach out when you’ll only take your employees side.

The entire staff of BC King's Auto Lease was just amazing to deal with. Every term on their contract was explained so well and made the whole process just seamless. On top of that, their rates were so competitive, which was contrary to my belief of 3rd party leasing companies charging you an arm & a leg. Thank you King's....I will see you again for my next purchase/lease.

Leased two vehicles from them now. The staff were very helpful and always pay attention to details. The manners and professionalism of their staff impressed me a lot even when it came up to asking for my expired Driver's Licence. I got complementary car hand wash cards as well, from their sister store King's Auto Spa. The spa is much better than those automatic washing spots that I had before. I introduced my friend to them and he sold his used Toyota to this company with a good price.They treated my car like one of their own. Would definitely come back again! ^-^

Do not trust them in any way, they look good, but their behavior is not like their appearance, and they are very liars, and do not trust them that they are not honest in concluding a contract with you and do not act in favor of the customer.I bought from them and lost a lot because I trusted them.

DO NOT GO!!! UNETHICAL PLACE!!!!! I bought 10 times package and I have my own record. They deleted 2 times on their system and lie to me I only have 2 times left when it should be 4 times left. They deleted the old passes left when I purchased new package. They charge $9 when you want to wash mats, they won’t tell you when you purchase the package. JUST DON’T GO THERE ANYMORE!!!!!!!!!!

A huge thank you to Jesse for helping me get into my grand caravan R/T! I definitely felt everything was thourghouly explained and transparent! Beyond that Jesse was an amazing hand as I had made some mistakes during the process and he easily rectified what could have been a pain in the @$$ for me on my own. I never write reviews but I cannot stress enough how much you should avoid these people. Throughout my experience there was a lot of twists and turns, and have been lied too. The staff was great at first but then I realized it was just a front. They take your money and then leave you to hang and dry! DONT TRUST THEM!
