Will highly recommend. We went to at least 8 different places today, with no luck, but at Julian Tiles we found a large and amazing selection of tiles. Showroom was very nice and well organized.Customer service, Al, was very friendly, attentive and professional. We found what we needed for a small project and will certainly come back in the future for other ones.

Staff are friendly and helpful, although unlike most companies in the industry, they require identification along with a credit card, so make sure you’re not relying on an accountant to call them and pay. Service was extremely quick. I had about 1000lbs of tile and it was delivered to my vehicle in about a minute, which was a pleasant surprise since I’d just come from Olympia Tile where it took them well over an hour to bring my order of 4 tiles.

Great Tile store & selection. More important tho - the PEOPLE that work there. Hats of to Cameron at the Service Desk. Helped me out with my order yesterday. I was super stressed upon arrival, he calmly found my order & ensured I had everything I needed (grout - would have forgotten!). Also the warehouse guy, whose name I didn't ask was super efficient, helpful and asked more questions just to make sure I had everything I needed.... I'd go back any day just to show loyalty to the right kind of PEOPLE that really care about customers.

Julian tile. What an experience. I travelled to pick up some products. The counter staff was very pleasant and professional and helpful, then I went to the loading dock. The loading dock staff was no less than amazing! I have never received such great help and kindness from staff in warehouse. The three gentlemen that assisted me were helpful and I could tell they loved there job. I wish I could mention them by name but it was early Friday morning and I was still sleepy. The one gentleman’s name started with a C. Thanks for the great experience.

I purchased my patio pavers from Julian Tile and had an absolute 5 star experience from the minute I walked in until my tiles were delivered. Roxana is incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure I was confident about my tile selection. She even dropped off tile samples to my house! Can not recommend high enough.

I am more than thrilled with the staff at this location because they offered me a product that they were going to destroy. I took the tiles home, had them randomly placed in the new backsplash I was having installed & they look stunning. THANK YOU JULIAN TILE STAFF!In addition, the selection of tiles is amazing - I can't imagine that you wouldn't find what you were looking for at this location.

We had a very positive experience at Julian Tile. Claire was extremely efficient at identifying what would look best with our bathroom vanity. Her service was very professional and we felt that she very quickly identified what are likes and dislikes were. We made a couple of changes after taking samples home and on our second visit she helped to choose grout colours and we were all set. Thank you.
