Fantastic Customer Service! On our journey eastbound from Ontario to New Brunswick, Brockville was our initial stop to gas up our 2015 Toyota Sienna. Upon exiting the 401 and pulling up to the gas pumps, we found our gas door would not unlatch. We googled the local Toyota dealership (1000 Islands Toyota), and then drove to the dealership, explained our predicament to the Service Team, and a Service Mechanic promptly came out and quickly fixed the problem, and wished us a safe journey. Fantastic Customer Service! Thank you!

Attentive, good variety of used cars in good condition...still pricey for most

Traveling through on our way to Maine. We picked up a screw in Kingston. Stopped at an automotive retailer who couldn’t help us.We changed to a spare tire and called 1000 islands Toyota. They said they could get us in to patch it right away.It was so great to be accommodated. We felt welcome and service was great.Thanks so much for patching us up quickly and getting us on our way. Highly recommend.

They saved my family trip. Thanksgiving long weekend far from home, a check engine light comes on. Every other Toyota Dealer was closed.They helped us out and got us on our way and assured us we could drive now and have our home dealer look at it later. They were extremely nice about it and we thank them.

Their customer service is superb compared to another dealership I had an unpleasant experience with. My experience with Josh Amell was exceptionally amazing and I am glad to have had him as my rep all through the deal. Josh went above and beyond to ensure that I got the vehicle I wanted. His customer service is beyond expectations and I am overly satisfied with the outcome of my transaction with them. He is definitely someone you should have as a rep if you want to make a purchase. In addition, I received execellent customer service on my arrival in Brockville - From train station pickup to ensuring my comfort at the dealership. You are treated more than just a customer. I have been waiting since the end of August for them to fix my transmission, went to another dealership and it took them less than two weeks to get me a new one and have it installed, if you have the choice do not go here, not to mention every time they reinstalled my stabilizer arms they broke them again in the process, absolutely would not recommend to anyone
