Genesis Ottawa

Went in for a test drive arranged online & was pretty underwhelmed by the whole experience here. The car itself was fine (G70) but facilities are kind of second thought and the team a typical dealership setup (sales guys have to go off to talk to finance/management, etc). And then their manager had the gawl to offer a totally insulting trade-in. Unfortunately that has removed the G70 from my options - down to M340i or CT4 V now.

Beautiful, stylish and quick car. I had a 2018 BMW 240i and this is much more comfortable and classy looking plus rides much better. Had the opportunity to use the concierge service for a small cosmetic issue. They came and picked up my car and dropped of loner. Took a couple of days. Done and Done. Very convenient. Back in March 2022, I went to the dealership to test drive the GV70. I had a very different sales experience. No sales pressure, Dawid was able to explain all the features of the car. Me and my family were very impressed with the car and the dealership. We placed an order in late March 2022. The car took around 6 months to be built and delivered due to all the supply chain & semiconductor shortages. The wait was a killer. But both Dawid and Odai were able to provide updates on the vehicle status whenever I requested. Mid September 2022, we got our beautiful GV70 Advanced Plus. Odai, spent literally an hour and half explaining all the features again, things that I should do to protect the car, etc. he even did a follow up twice post the delivery to see how the car was doing and he was ready to clarify any questions I had.The car is definitely worth every penny you spend. The dealership’s service was exemplary! Thank you!
