Value select with nice customer service. Will advise on the best product even if it is a lower priced product. They never up sale only service the client.

Although I have only ever visited for dog products(they have a LARGE selection of food, treats, toys, etc.) I decided to wander around one day to see what they offer. They carry all sorts of products and accesories for cats, fish, reptiles, birds and small animals(rodents). They did have beta fish on my latest visit(March 2022).I love that they have a dog washing station with everything that you need to wash your dog(towel, shampoo, dryer). It is pet friendly so you can bring your pet shopping. They also host cats from local shelters that are up for adoption.Overall, my experiences at this location have been great, and I 100% recommend this pet store.

Have always been treated well here as soon as I walk in the door. Never had issues with online order pickup and enjoy bringing my dog in. Didn't have the same experience at the pet valu in the East. For good service Rochdale is definitely the go to from now on!

Can take your dog there for a Bath! This alone saves alot of headache and trips to the grooomer. No longer do i have to pay 80$ to bath and brush my large dog. Now it's 10$ to give her a bath, they have an apron, towels and different types of shampoo. Plus she gets a treat. Bonus

Pet Valu is the perfect place to take a dog for a bath. Clean tubs and shampoo and towels and blow dryers all ready for you. Plus an apron to keep some of the bath water off your clothes.

Horrible customer service, with a receipt i went to return and refund a 13$ cat/dog outfit, they couldn't even process a refund and insisted that either wait for the manager the next day or give me return it into a gift card, so i went and returned it at at another branch and there was no hassle and no questions asked ,no gift cards, no nonsense ,i got my money back with no problems.
