I bought a used 2018 Mercedes-Benz GLA250 from Malibu Motors recently and the experience was great! Tony was super helpful, always checking in and letting me know everything I needed and being very detailed every step of the way as this is my first car purchase. I loved how upfront they are about everything regarding the vehicle and are transparent about the positives and negatives of owning that vehicle. It really helped in my decision making that this car was the right choice for me! They also were super quick getting the car ready for a day earlier when plans changed and I had to pick up the day before originally planned. Overall a great experience and I LOVE my new car. Story time.Imagine you are in your late 20s and you’ve been in the “I think I’m ready to buy my first luxury vehicle phase” for a while. You have been researching inventories for months, watching YouTube videos, having conversations with car people - basically doing your best to lock down the exact car that is suitable for your lifestyle. Then the day comes, you’re browsing the internet and BOOM - there it is. Your dream is becoming realer by the second. Your excitement cannot be contained. You have a pleasant conversation with the sales staff, and you go for a test drive. “Wow, this car is beautiful, and well, how do I put this - compared to what I have now is freakin’ fast and those up shifts and down shifts sound bloody brilliant.” You’re back at the dealership, you ask this cool and personable guy named Ori any remaining questions you have. He rips through all the tech and specs with passion and enthusiasm. He knows what he’s doing. You put a deposit down, get your insurance and financials figured out. You call the dealer back and say I’ll be there on X day. X day arrives and you’re back at dealership. You tie up all the loose ends and there you have it - you are the proud owner of a sexy new car. Ori and his family were exceptional and to the point with our Jaguar transaction. The best used Mercedes dealership. We shopped around but Malibu motors had the largest collection of Mercedes. They have a lot of options and colours to choose from. Ori Haik at the dealership provided us with the best customer service compared to all other dealers in Toronto, Oakville, Mississauga and Brampton. He actually goes the extra mile to satisfy clients needs and make them happy. He made the whole purchasing process simple and stress-free. He also accomodates all requests from the customer. He does not pressure you at all and is very transparent. Very professional and honest. I will definitely return back to him for my future purchases and service/maintenance. Highly recommend him.

They don't negotiate because their prices are just that good! They are transparent in their dealings and honest about quality. Bought a Macan S about a month ago and has been driving great, so did not need to get in touch for any after sales support but I'm sure they are fantastic at that too. Highly recommend Tony and Ori for all your used vehicle needs!

Tony and Joe are honest, I like that in a dealer.My car had issues with the speakers, they took it to Audi for a full maintenance where they replaced the whole entertainment system. Have been driving it for more than 3 months.. Love it a lot.The service was excellent and I'm grateful for that.
