Amazing pet store and friendly staff!My friend had always taken their Frenchie for their treats and snack! I know why now!The staff is super friendly and welcoming when my sister and I walked in and offer me some guidance.We were wanting to buy some stuff for our friends 10 weeks old mini Australian sherperd.... LokiThe staff showed us the clearance section and also the new trainer section and offer us help if we needed!The store is so clean and organized and I would definitely come back to buy more treats for my friends doggies and pets!

Small but has a great selection of pet food and treat products. They had a few collars and toys. Store was well laid out and was clean. Staff was welcoming, helpful and friendly.

Amazing pet store! Dropped by randomly and browsed for a bit. Employees were incredibly nice and even offered my dog an ice cream cone (allergen friendly!!), which he LOVED. Couldn’t recommend this place more; will be visiting more for treats/toys in the future!

Great store. Huge selection of everything - including raw dog food, dehydrated raw and even slow cooked! Lots of supplements, treats, and of course toys. I got some great feeding advice for my very picky dog. And I am looking forward to Global Pets Burnaby becoming our go to pet store.

Lots of promotions every week. The staff are super nice to everyone walks into the store. High variety of brands for dogs and cats. Product info is listed clearly and every time you buy something, they give you a lot of samples and introduce you some new products

Super nice staff. I came in to get some food and treats for my sick dog who is very picky with his food. The girl provided me with some samples to take home to see what he would like. Very appreciative for her kindness!
