We rent our house and had an issue with our fireplace. Our management company, Windermere Property Management, sent Milo to take care of the problem. If you're a management company, you should really consider putting Art of Perfection Heating at the top of your list.Anyway, I agree with everyone else, Milo is awesome. He really understands gas and electric. He was on time, professional, courteous and informative. Didn't mind explaining what he was doing and why. Our gas fireplace looks brand new. He fixed the issue with the on and off" plus did a thorough cleaning and check of gas lines. That's called "peace of mind." I highly recommend Milo."

Milo is the Absolute BEST!!!!! He did some work for me in November and December of 2019. Craft Stove had recommended him for a chimney check of my Alderlea wood burning stove, which turned out tip top, but while up on my roof, noticed that the roofing company had not added sealant to protect my vents protruding through the roof. Milo took photos showing me where they were located and what they looked like. We then made a follow up appointment where he then sealed them, but only after having to replace one which was terribly rusted out. Also, while up in my attic he noticed that the main bathroom air vent was just laying against the interior structure and that the highly rated plumbing/electric service I had hired, when doing my new bathroom remodel, did not finish the job thus causing some mold. Thank goodness for Milo - he took care of that immediately!!! He had taken pictures, but he had me climb up to look into attic so that I could actually see it. Then, prior to leaving, he noticed that whoever had put my hot water heater in a few years ago had the vent in upside down. He was kind enough to fix that as well.Thank you Milo!!!! Folks, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ART OF PERFECTION HEATING!!!!!!!!!!

Did an awesome job on my Garage fireplace stovepipe. The old one was put in by some shade tree mechanics and was only a matter of time before I had a not so good situation on my hands. Milo made sure it was done right and I can rest easy I can have safe fires in the future. I also had some issues with breakins at my outlying shop and he provided me with some great suggestions for security measures. Caught some methheads the first night and even retrieved some of my stuff. Super happy.

I couldn't find anyone to redo my chimney, inside and out. People didn't want the hassle of fixing it. Not only did Milo fix it, he made it better! He gave me recommendations and told me when I was off on something. I was glad he was honest and hard working. Milo is tidy, timely, and courteous. He really worked with me and let me be involved. Milo did a wonderful job installing our new range and fixing our propane fireplace. He explained everything as he worked so we would have a clear picture of what was being done and why. If we ever need any of the services he provides we will certainly use him again. He was a real stand out.

Milo is awesome! He was punctual and demonstrated professionalism when inspecting and cleaning my stove/chimney. He was very knowledgeable, telling me in detail what I needed for my chimney, and why and did a great job with the cleaning. Will definitely use his services again.
